Oct 07,2015i pre-ordered this hoodie in April for a July release. i have not received the hoodie and anytime i ask for a status where i am in line to receive or an eta i receive a canned message "We are currently shipping these hoodies out via order date. We are also currently awaiting stock, which is due in by the end of this week. You will receive email confirmation as soon as your order ships, very sorry for the delay." When i finally got tired of waiting i asked for a refund and was offered store credit. "Instead of a refund I could offer you £60 store credit? Many thanks & kindest regards," at this point i don't have any confidence in receiving anything from them, let alone shouldn't have to settle for an item i didn't want. in order to get my money back i will have to close my credit card as fraud. Stay away from this company

Oct 07,2015From what I've seen on the website, I grew fascinated as to what I should buy for myself. The selection is great, but there's nothing I can really review because I haven't received my package yet, so until then my overall experience would have to be in a stand still.

Oct 07,2015I purchased a hoodie for my son back in July of 2015, just before school started. To this date, I still have NOT received it & have contacted them on several occasions through Facebook concerning the order. They have replied that their shipments from the warehouse have been delayed. They continue to apologize & also said that because of the delay, they will send me an item free of charge for the inconvenience. Again, I contacted them & they keep telling me the same thing, that they are receiving a new shipment next week & will email me when my order has been shipped out. I requested a refund for my order & yet again, they inform me they are receiving a shipment next week & email me when they shipped me my order. This is ridiculous & I will never order from them again!

Oct 07,2015Hello, I have yet to receive my package and if I am looking at the tracking correctly it still says awaiting shipment. I placed the order on September 26th and it is October 6th. As of right now I am very disappointed and frustrated because I need the jacket for the cold weather.

Oct 06,2015My experience with this site - Items on the site state that they are 'In Stock' but once you place an order they are 'Awaiting Shipment'. Fair enough they cannot stock the items for whatever reason but make sure customers are aware of this before place an ordering. I ordered something in August as it was 'in stock' waited 2 weeks and still no item so I checked and it they were 'awaiting shipment'. Didn't even bother telling me they weren't in stock. I asked for a refund so I can go elsewhere, they offered me £50 as store credit which I reluctantly took. Placed an order that very afternoon of accepting the credit. Item is due end of sept and I'm still waiting. Just terrible, terrible service. Buy elsewhere people.

I still have not recieved my diamond dogs jacket that i ordered from them a month ago.. the status says awaiting shipment but has been like that for a month with no contact to explain to me why the product has not been shipped yet. I find this to be ridiculous. N yes payment has been taken. I feel like iv been robbed

Oct 05,2015I had ordered a bag from these guys back in May of this year and it kept getting back ordered and I never received it so I canceled the order. They offered me store points and I bought a different bag but it hasn't been sent either and it's been over a week. It's making me really mad and I am not going to buy from here again

Oct 04,2015My order has been delayed at least 2 weeks just says awaiting shipment they were quick to charge my card though. I emailed them no response I'm going to give it a few more days and then just dispute the charge with my credit card company feels like a total scam.

Oct 03,2015Gamer Heaven are terrible, they don't send your package at time, they wait a few months to send it. However, they sell great things, what they sell is beautiful, I can't deny it, but the shipment is as terrible as Dragon Ball Evolution.

Oct 03,2015The variety of items is highly tempting, but beware as your item may not be in stock even if the option to pay and order it is still available (instead of the usual "Sold out" message that most stores would put up as soon as the item isn't available to order.) I find this a bit weird seeing as the status of my order is "Awaiting Shipment", but whatever. If I didn't email them about a few questions I had I would have never known that the item in my order was out of stock. The reason why this whole ordeal is better than expected is because they replied to my emails despite the reviews of others saying that they never got a reply. Now all I am waiting for is the refund I requested due to my item not being in stock and me having already paid for it. Hope it all turns out well. Best of luck game-heaven.
