Oct 10,2015I tried to order a jacket, and a month later, i still have not received it. The order details still say awaiting shipment, none of my emails have been answered, and it says i cant re order the item. One star is too generous.

Oct 10,2015I have ordered a product from your website (gamer heaven) and it has not been delivered, it has been nearly 2 months now and I have not received anything. Order #92336 still shows as awaiting shipment, I do not understand as to why this is??? I have paid for an item and not received it, I have basically been ripped off.

Oct 09,2015The ordering process and product selection was wonderful. The entire process was a breeze, however the order is at 7 days and counting of "Awaiting Shipment". A little bit disappointing, but since I am located in the US and this is shipping from the UK it's not entirely unheard of.

Oct 09,2015On September 13 I ordered a hoodie from this site and it has almost been a month and I have yet to receive it or even an email saying why I haven't received it. Every time I look into it, the status says " awaiting shipment". So my experience was pretty terrible.

Oct 09,2015So I've ordered 3 times from Gamerheaven and first time took so long I literally ordered the same thing from somewhere else and got it within days, so I successfully cancelled that from gamerheaven...not being one to tarnish them after one order I ordered a hoodie for my second purchase it DID arrive..but there was nothing quick about it and now I await another hoodie as far as I can tell they list everything as "In Stock" and then screw you over after you've paid for it (yes that's right they take your money before even remotely dispatching it) I'd only recommend this company if you have ALOT of patience and time on your hands.

Oct 08,2015I placed an order a month ago and the product still hasn't shipped. I've sent several emails asking what's going on with my order with no response. In my opinion it feels like this company just took my money and left me out to dry.

Oct 08,2015I ordered 2 items that were supposedly in stock on July 30th for a 15 year old boy's birthday on August 20th. As of Oct.8th, it still has not shipped. It is now backordered ---when it was in stock when the order was placed. VERY DISAPPOINTING & FRUSTRATING. We all know teen-agers don't learn patience until they are older!!!

Oct 08,2015I placed the above referenced order with Gamer Heaven on 3rd June 2015, £39.99 was taken from my account the same day and I have never received the goods. When I log into my Gamer Heaven account it states awaiting shipment, I have contacted Gamer heaven numerous times by phone, email and facebook, I had a couple of responses from facebook with the excuse of delayed stock, I have asked for a refund several times with no effect. I had used Gamer Heaven before without a problem and was always happy with the goods but upon further research i have found that it is standard practice for Gamer Heaven to take customers money and not provide the goods.

Oct 08,2015I saw a hoodie I really liked so I purchased it I live in the United states and gamer heaven is in the UK I have no idea if I am getting ripped off because no matter how many emails or face book messages I send I can not get a response it's frustrating and unfortunately because of this I will not be buying anything from them in the future, hopefully I will get what I bought but I don't know because no one will respond, ....very poor customer service and communication :((((((((

Oct 07,2015Order placed 31st August. Still not received. Many emails sent. FB messages sent. Second bad review. Never had a reply. Gamer Heaven, in my experience, are thieves who don't even have the courtesy to pretend at customer service. UPDATE: I have now contacted my bank with evidence of all failed communications with this company. Bank have refunded me and will be taking it up with them separately. I would say Gamer Heaven's communication was exceptionally poor but in fact it is non-existant. I buy lots of geeky stuff online but will never use this company again.

Oct 11,2015One of the only shops that sell a particular brand hoody my partner was desperate for, order is placed and has been 'awaiting shipment' for 2 weeks now, when I phoned theservice was great, explained its a problem with stock that will be resolved in the next 2 weeks, to say I'm disappointed would be accurate I've paid for a product that I'm unlikely to get for a whole month, If I'd have been aware of this it may well have effected my sale as like I said he is desperate!
