Oct 02,2015Don't order - Ordered products in July - not received anything. Automated email responses, automated telephone system and deletes facebook messages. Can't even get through to ask for refund - complete joke. Should be allowed to trade if that is how they treat people. Breaking lots of distance selling regulations aswell!!! So cross. Will be checking all reviews before buying from online company next time.

Oct 02,2015I bought a sweatshirt from this website and accidentally ordered the wrong size. when i tried to email them i got nothing back. i emailed them 3 times thinking maybe i did something wrong so just to make sure i asked for someone to confirm they received the emails. still nothing. so i looks like i ordered something that wont fit....

I'm starting to think that this site is a scam because no one ever responds and I'm sure after looking at all these complaints, I'm not the only one who feels this way. You guys suck and I'm definitely not recommending you to anyone.

Oct 01,2015Although the site looks very professional and the goods high quality, the service has been very disappointing. I'm still waiting for an order I placed in early August which I have received no update on since the order status changed to 'Awaiting shipment'. I emailed the company over a week ago and have only received an automated response, not within the 48-72 hour period they guarantee.

Oct 01,2015The web site works great. My order still has not been sent but I do not know if it's because I live in Ohio so that may be a reason or they have not yet found my order in the shop to fill it. Hope it gets sent soon it's about to get cold

Oct 01,2015They haven't sent my order after 3 weeks of purchase date, without any reason, and their customer support does not pick up the phone or answer emails. I do NOT recommend buying anything from this website, they are not professional at all.

Oct 01,2015Ordered a hoodie in February, yes February and despite emails over a 6 months period promising next week delivery blah blah blah, nothing ever arrived. I emailed to ask for a refund and was responded to in August promising that this would happen......it's now October and NOBODY IS REPLYING TO MY EMAILS!!!!! No product and no refund....you have been warned

Oct 01,2015There very awesome and cool products ;however, the ordering process could run a lot smoother i think that they should change it to pay pal because it runs a lot smoother than the website that was provide. And also work on the shipping to international countries.

Oct 01,2015My order number 95237 was put on awaiting shipment status for a couple weeks now. I've tried contacting the customer service multiple times and yet still haven't heard from anymore. So far I'm displeased with the service I've been given or lack there of.
