Ordered almost 3 months ago. Item still hasn't been sent, and Gamer Heaven have not replied to a single one of my countless emails, telephone messages or Facebook comments. Absolutely dreadful. Completely ignoring me - I want a refund but I doubt I'll ever see my money or my order.
I want ti chnage my order about a hoodie from XL to L. That is not possible, gamer heaven dont answer my emails! Support is bad...
Game Heaven guys have good stuff and I mean really good stuff but I order some stuff from you guys and I still have not got it yet and I have been waiting for couple of weeks now that something need to worm on.
It's been two weeks since I ordered my husband's anniversary Destiny hoodie & it has yet to ship. According to their site anyway. When I emailed the help line I was basically told it wasn't in stock & would ship in the next few days. It'd probably be a GREAT IDEA to let customers know when the item they're buying isn't actually in stock. I would've found my husband something else SOMEWHERE else. Games Workshop doesn't carry Destiny loot which is too bad because they're THE BEST.
Saying their communication is poor would be giving them undue praise. They don't reply to emails. At all. My orders been stuck on 'awaiting shipping' for weeks and it looks like I'm not the only one. I wish I'd read the reviews. Looks like I'll have to raise a PayPal dispute just to get a reply. Big shame as their products look great.
I am still waiting for an order I placed on 23 July. Have contacted them a few times. Had an email on 19 Aug. said stock would be in that week or early next. I emailed again on 21 September, got a reply on 22 Sept. informing me that they do not have the size I ordered. Did I want to choose something else. I replied I would have a larger size, and if they could not provide this I wanted a refund of my money. To date (29 Sept) I have not had a reply.
Spoke to a chap called JORDAN - very good company, have used before without problem - but waited 2 months for a hoodie i ordered, i had asked a couple of times, and got told "next week" each time - but then when spoke to jordan he advised there had been a problem with supplier & Shipment, which of course is not the companies fault. I asked for a refund as it was bought as a birthday present which hadn;t arrived in time - but he advised me i could have refund or they could swap for similair / just as good hoodie - which i happily accepted. very quick response & good customer service. thanks!
I made an order 10 days ago today. The day after I ordered it, I realized I had ordered the wrong size and messaged them asking if they could change it since their site didn't offer any sort of cancel order or or change order function. No response as of yet (10 days after initial purchase). On top of that my order is still "awaiting shipment," so the order hasn't even shipped, hopefully due to them changing it but with the lack of communication I can only assume the worst.
The site was easy to use and was easy enough to find what I was after, if the company don't mind id like to add an additional review once I've received my goods.
They do not ship orders for months
The company does not answer if you can supply Sends the Teie individually but always with the whole bill so you always paid all customs Complaints control rooms only after the third time, and the only bad if you share the where can you buy the other would go bankrupt the store
Gamer Heaven has some really great merchandise and I was excited about the Destiny sweatshirt I ordered. However it's been two weeks and my order hasn't even shipped yet. Not sure what's going on, I hope it ships soon.
From the U.S. wanted to buy $100's of dollars worth of merchandise but world pay would not accept my visa card. Emailed customer support and have yet to hear back from them. Called my bank, no block payment on my end. Had to use GF's discover card and worked fine. Would rate 5/5 stars if additional payments methods were available and IF I had received a response from customer support.
I'm confused as to why I was emailed a request to review the service before my full order has arrived. I ordered a hoody & a mug; the hoody hasn't arrived yet. It's been over a week & nothing yet.
I didn't receive my order, and i never have news about my order.
Its been one week since I placed my order and it's status is still "Awaiting Shipment".
I ordered the figurine on saturday 19-10 and i received the package the 24th. I live in the Netherlands so thats quickly. The package was delivered in a cartboard box so no damage at the figurine. I will certain order here again.
I have ordered my hoodie on August the first and it's September 25. I've also asked for them to update me on my order but they don't do it.
Super crappy. Ordered stuff awhile back still didn't get it. I hit reorder and they made me pay for a second jacket horrible website do not recommend
