I ordered a Christmas jumper as a gift way back in October. Granted the page did say it was a pre order so I anticipated a wait. I received a notification that it had been shipped on December 3rd and as of today (4th January) still nothing. I requested an update through their customer service email on Monday 14th Dec that was met with an auto response dated Friday 11th saying everybody was helping out in the Warehouse this week and wont be processing messages until Monday 14th (the day I was emailing) Tried on Wednesday 16th to give them a few days and was met with the same message, still with last Friday's date on it Now far too late to give as a gift I again tried to contact them today (4th Jan) and was met with a message saying that their offices were closed for Christmas, try sending again on.... the 4th JAN!!!! I have absolutely no confidence in this company and recommend everybody avoid
Item ordered for Christmas still have not turned up - Order went in well in advance of the sites 'order to receive by Christmas' date. But they still have 'awaiting shipment' in the order process - it is not January 4th. When, with Christmas approaching, I emailed to check if my order would get to me in time ( so I could make other Christmas arrangements if it didn't), I received an automated-looking response which did not address the issue - it simply pointed me towards their stock list. All I can say is - I am glad the failure of this company to provide, did not spoil Christmas for my kids - as it well could have.
I ordered a lady's zip up hoodie. Was charged immediately and it's been 2 months and have no received my item. Very upset.
My shipping status as of Dec 13 shows the shirt is still awaiting shipment. I understand due to the holidays it can take some time but I'm frustrated that it still showing the same date and message. Can you please give me an update on my shipment.
I made my purchase on December 18. I ordered The Legend of Zelda Cosplay Ladies Zip up Official Hoodie as a gift for my girlfriend. I never received it. On December 21, I received an email stating that the status of my order has been changed to awaiting shipment. I haven't received any emails about my purchase since other than the one asking me to share and rate my experience. Yesterday, on January 2, I logged into my account and the status appears to be the same: awaiting shipment. Maybe my rating will change if I ever receive my purchase, but for now, 1 star. UPDATE: It is now March 18th and I still have not received my purchase and when I try to view the status of my purchase I get a message With the head "Down For Maintenance" followed by what appears to be a bull crap excuse and a bull crap apology. So yeah, this store is a big scam and I wouldn't recommend anyone making any purchases from gamer-heaven.net in the future. Total rip-off.

I ordered an AC jacket off Gamer heaven and it said it will be in stock by the end of October as I was pre ordering it, in mid November I rung it and asked about it and they said it will be in stock the next day, 2 weeks later rung up again and asked for a refund and the refund took me 2 more phone calls and 2 months to get my money back
Ordered on February 27, 2015 and I still didn't get my hoodie. They claim it's out of stock but over these past 10 months, it has gone on sale numerous times. ITS A SCAM!!! The positive reviews are fake! Their customer service always says to wait 2 weeks or 10 business days but nothing changes.
after I ordered a hoodie, they changed the shipment date to months later. Couldn't cancel online and no responses from emails. Horrible customer service.
I placed an order, paid for it, and two months later I still have not received the item. I tried making contact by email and Facebook message to request a status update and have received no response to those messages either. This site has to be a scam!
Ordered on the 21/11 Christmas jumper for my sons school Christmas jumper day, it's been and gone and still no sign of the order! They did email me offering a larger size but this was no good and they told it should arrive by the 14/12 to them and they would update me, surprise surprise I didn't hear a thing. Looking at the reviews on here I think I'll give up and dispute via my credit card company. Not good service avoid at all cost if you want your goods quickly and good customer service.
I ordered an Assassin's Creed hoody for my grandson on November 22, 2015. It is now 12/30/15 and I have not received his Christmas gift. Shame on me for not looking at the reviews. Never ever order from this company.
Quick to process your payment but don't deliver goods or answer e mails. Have had to contact my credit card company to get a refund.
Honestly the worst online purchase experience I have ever had. Ordered in October, took my money immediately and then failed to deliver before Christmas! Stay well away, shop with some one else.
Have been 8 days since i did my order of my fallout 4 hoodie and they haven't updated my order. And then i saw too many bad reviews that a i'm thinking that i have been cheated :( I can wait for my order, that is no a problem for me, but i have seen reviews of people who describe that have waited for more than 8 months for their packages... i just want to know if my hoodie is going to come or i have to ask for a refund.
On November 28, I ordered this jacket, and they managed to process my PAYMENT just fine: METAL GEAR SOLID V - BIG BOSS 1984 VARSITY JACKET (Hoodie Size: Adult Small 36-38" Chest) WHERE IS MY JACKET, GAMER HEAVEN? I sent an email, got no reply, sent it again, and still nothing. If anyone has any suggestions about what to do next, I would love to hear them. The fact that they are doing nothing despite horrid reviews posted everywhere sounds to me like they've closed up shop and run off with the payments. The 5-star reviews are probably the company owners who are basking on a beach in Barbadoes spending all of our money.
I ordered with them the 15th September a £60 order for a hoodie and the lanyard. I waiting one month with no word, until I called after numerous emails. I was told that the hoodie would be 4 to 5 days and the lanyard was out of stock and I wouldn't be able to have it. so I cancelled it and got £10 to spend with them again. I took no time ordering more presents for xmas. this time I ordered in October the 28th a t-shirt and a poster. I've now spent £100 with this site. Been calling and emailing for 3 months and still no word on my orders. when I got hold of them last month I was told 4 to 5 days (again). when I got hold of them a few weeks ago I was told 4 to 5 days (again) when I called them before Christmas I asked for my money back and they said it will be back in 3 days! now a month on and I have no money, no deliveries, and no respect for this site. I've arrange a fraud investigator to contact this site, I also have the information on the owners. which includes the prove of the owner leaving bad reviews on other sites and good reviews on this one! this is a co-owned LTD business and it is on its way to being shut down! Give me my money or orders.. or face prosecutions.
I done my order in 15th November!!! And the ordes status is still "Awaiting Shipment". They don't answer my e-mails have they the product or not....

Jan 04,2016I ordered an item on November 6, 2015 and I did not received yet. I sent them miscellaneous items before I got an answer. They told me that the item was shipped on December 23, 2015. I still did not received it yet.
