Jan 13,2016I ordered a hoodie for my brother for Christmas. Order was placed on 12 December, knowing it probably wouldn't make it to the US by Christmas. On Christmas Day, it hadn't even shipped yet, although the website states the item is "In Stock" and ready to ship. I sent two separate messages to them, asking for a status or when it may ship and have not heard any response back. Very disappointing as I was excited to find such a cool hoodie for my brother, the gamer. I'm hoping to hear back from them soon and complete my order!

Jan 13,2016After ordering AND paying for the item I ordered I waited to receive shipment but it never came. I waited 4 months and had hoped to get it by Christmas...Nothing!!! Contacted company via email and phone several times...NO RESPONSE!! Had to go to the Facebook page and search for an explanation as to why I NEVER received the item I ordered. Now I get to try to get a refund...FUN!

Jan 13,2016I also would rate this site a zero if it had been allowed. Ordered goods 6th Nov for my grandsons Christmas present and they took my money on the same day. But no goods received. despite telephone calls and quite a few emails, no reply has been received and worse still no goods. On one occasion only a member of staff did answer the phone. But he was so unhelpful and had a couldn't care less attitude. After two emails this month asking for a full refund I received an automatic reply advising Crazy4 Ltd - Gamer Heaven had ceased trading. That's my money gone down the drain as I paid via debit card. The Company has definitely been Gamer Hell.

Jan 12,2016I ordered a Halo 5 backpack for my son's Christmas gift on November 18th. On December 21st, I still had no word from them. I sent an email requesting an expected ship date and received an automated email that told me more were expected in stock on DECEMBER 10th (11 days BEFORE I sent the email). Christmas came and went and no gift for my son. After discussing it with him, he told me to go ahead and cancel the order and request a refund. I sent an email on January 10th requesting said refund, only to receive another automated email that they were closed for the holidays and wouldn't be available until January 4th (6 days BEFORE I sent my email). Now, it seems that I will have to make a transatlantic phone call to try to get my refund.

Jan 12,2016Not impressed!!! Ordered my Hubby a hoodie and a few other things for our anniversary, other items all came in time, but no hoodie. Got an email a while later stating the hoodie was in back order, no big deal, was hopeful to get it by Christmas. After multiple inquiries and no solid explanation, Christmas came and went. Still no email of shipment and no contact as to why or the wait time I may have left. We are now encroaching on 6 months since the order was placed and paid for and still no contact and no information. No impressed, I might love your products but because of this experience, I will not be making future orders. Thanks anyways....

Jan 10,2016I run raffles for 3 genuine uk based rescue's and one of our raffles was an amazing Christmas Jumper, a huge star wars fan won. In November. No jumper, No refund, No real communication. It's not often you find a company willing to rip off needy rescue's but hey you've found one!

Jan 10,2016I bought a Halo Guardians backpack from the website on 13 October. After a couple of weeks when it had not arrived, I called the company and was told that they had been let down by a supplier and that I would get it by the 1st week November. When it still didn't arrive, I called again and was told that it would arrive by mid-November. Again it did not arrive. I called again and was told that they were very sorry but it would now arrive at the end of November. By the beginning of December, it still had not arrived. I called again and said I wanted to cancel the order and requested a refund. They said they would process the refund directly. I noticed that the refund had not arrived in my account so I called the company, just before Christmas. I got a voice message. I have been trying to call them on a daily basis since the beginning of the new year. I keep getting a voice mail message and can't speak to a person. I have sent several emails chasing the refund but no reply. If I could give them 0 stars, I would!

Jan 09,2016It's been over a month since I placed my order from the states and it hasn't been delivered. I have emailed (about a month without reply so far), and now I've called them twice to no answer or return call. Then Gamer Heaven has the gall to send me an email survey asking for a review. My review is of this company is terrible. Avoid this company and do not do business with them.

Jan 09,2016I ordered on 18 Dec 15 and it is now 8 Jan 16 and I haven't seen my order yet. When I emailed to get a status of the order a week ago, I received an email back that they are closed for the holiday until 4 Jan 16, I've emailed 5 Jan & 8 Jan and still get the closed for the holidays until the 4th response.

Jan 09,2016It's been two weeks since I ordered my hoodie and it's been saying awaiting shipment for a week now. Last time I ordered a hoodie from them it took 3 months for my hoodie to arrive. It's safe to say I'll be waiting months for my order. I won't even bother emailing them because they never respond. Terrible company.
