Feb 06,2020The taxis say they’ve arrived way before they get to your destination. The process is slow and even worse they all smell like cigarettes inside. Why are drivers smoking in the cars?? Please ask them not to. And the cars aren’t clean either.

Feb 02,2020Easy booking process but arrived 10 mins late (for a train station drop off) and wasn’t “trackable” until I called customer services. This has been the case when used before. I wouldn’t use them again for time-sensitive journeys based on these experiences

Feb 01,2020Usually cost less than a fiver to get from town to the start of the Penn Road, even at a weekend night. Just been sent a black cab driver charging us 6.80. I didn't believe him so checked the text message - Yup, the price was accurate. Will try ABC next time.

Jan 29,2020Use your company daily. Rarely have a problem except for the odd lateness of drivers. Today however your driver named garry made a pretty huge deal out of me being 7 mins late due to my phone battery dying. He also drove unsafely doing a u-turn where your not supposed to. I always tip, he certainly didnt deserve one. Shame as i usually use your service but i certainly dont want him driving me again. Jodie
