Jan 11,2020The app didn’t review well when I downloaded it but I’ve had no issues. You can link a credit card or pay with cash, you can track the car & see the reg. of the allocated car. They seem to have an excellent network across Wolverhampton, Telford & Shrewsbury, have never let me down.

Jan 03,2020Driver was rude and didn’t help me load my shopping in to the car, he just sat on his phone.A member of the public had to help me. Reg number (KS09YTL) He also didn’t give me time to strap my daughter in he just began driving off with out even checking or asking if I was ready, I had to tell him to stop, when I got to my destination, he still didn’t help me get the shopping out of the boot I had to do it all on my own with my young daughter.I expect better from go cars.

Dec 29,2019Not impressed, ordered 3 x 6 seater taxis by phone for a specific, they cancelled the taxis before the pick up time was reached. The drivers called complaining when it wasn’t even pick up time. So decided next time to order taxis using the app so there wasn’t any cock up. Ordered 4 x taxis via the app and only 2 showed up. Not impressed, once bitten and twice shy.

Jan 16,2020I don't know whether you have received my complaint yet, but here goes. I booked a taxi from Sutton Hill Medical Practice today at 12.35and was told it be with me in 2 mins.. 10 minutes later I rang and was told the taxi is on it's way and will be with you in 1 minute. I was cold and I have cancer and waited in the medical practice for 20 minutes. I the rang and spoke to someone and told then I had been waiting for 20 minutes. She said she would call the driver and see where he was. A taxi arrive a few minutes later. If this happens again I will have to go to another taxi firm. Eileen Walton 66,Birchmore, Brookside TF3 1TJ
