Best taxi company I have ever used in and around Wolverhampton! Used companies before Go Carz and no where near as fast or professional as Go Carz! Very professional call centre staff and wonderful well mannered drivers. Thank you Go Carz X

WARNING - NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FEMALE PASSENGERS TRAVELLING ALONE!!!! Utterly disgraceful drivers. Ordered a taxi to collect a female friend travelling alone at 3am, driver was rude and abusive, tried to say the card machines weren't working to get cash. Called the office and this was rubbish. Call centre staff were not really bothered and said a manager will call back. For a customer who books around 100 cabs a month, i find this level of service shocking. Reg starts FV10 and booking reference was 35360222 A driver has explained to me previously that they dont like the card machines as it takes longer for them to get paid and their costs are deducted from card payments before they are given them. On last nights occasion when the dricer was challenged about the machines he became incredibly rude and agressive, whilst i was on the phone to the office he was refusing to answer the phone as he was driving. If you don't want to receive messages from your friends like the ones attached, or dont want to find yourself in the same position then avoid at all costs. These are not the only issues with Go Carz Drivers. The office response is all drivers are self employed and licensed by Wolves council so not their problem. They clearly don't care about their brand, image or customer service levels. Anyone at Go Carz wants to check through my account you will see why you are now receiving these reviews.

Booked 2 days ahead and given time and location for pick up Taxi never turned up many other people were also waiting and were let down and had to go and search for regular taxis to take them home. Spoke to a driver who said company took on more bookings than they could cope with and apologised for their service

Don’t use this taxi company if you want picking up at a certain time, unless you can afford to be up to 1 hour late. I’ve tried to use this taxi company twice now once at night and once in the morning, and they still failed to pick me up on both occasions. First time my car had an MOT so my wife booked a taxi for me to get picked up from the garage to take me to work, after 10 minutes over the quoted time I called to ask for an update and they had no record of the booking but said it would be with me within 10 minutes, so I waited further, by this point I was running late for work, so I called me wife to she if should could get hold of them, but no luck, I saw a passing relative in their car who ended up taking me to work so I wasn’t much later. To add insult the taxi company called my wife 1 hour after the quoted time to say it was outside, to which we replied I had to make my own way we waited ages past the time you quoted us! Second time, we pre-booked at taxi on the app, 5 hours in advance this time, to get our babysitter home safely. Same issue, taxi didn’t arrive, 10 mins after the time it was booked for I checked the app, no car even assigned to the booking yet! So I called them, they said another 10 minutes yet (heard that before). Safe to say after 30 minutes we made alternative arrangements for our babysitter to get home as enough was enough, then the taxi arrives 45 minutes later, we’d gone to bed already after waiting so long. Bottom line is, booking a taxi for a certain is not possible, don’t even bother trying to get somewhere on time. This company is like an unreliable parent who sees their kids, but never on time and you doubt if they’ll show each time. Zero trust, I would not recommend.

Terrible service, I ordered a taxi to collect me from home at 21.45 to get me to work for 22.00 via the app. When the taxi hadn't arrived I called the office to be told the taxi hadn't even been dispatched! The woman I spoke to was very rude, didn't attempt to apologize and implied that the reason it hadn't been dispatched was because I ordered it via the app!!? She was very rude and unapologetic, when I ended the call I had a text informing me the taxi had been cancelled!!! I had not asked her to cancel the taxi and this left me stranded with no lift to work. Will not use this company ever again!!😡

I booked a cab today. At the time of booking the app showed two minutes to pick up, but even after 5 minutes the app was showing my car hasn't been dispatched yet.. I called the customer representative to know the whereabouts of my cab, and change my house number as the app was not showing my house number, but it was the same Street. She told me it would reach there in 2-3 minutes and she has changed the address, not to worry about it.. I called 3/4 times more, every time they told me 10-15 minutes for pick up.. Finally they stopped picking my call and replying me.. This is their professionalism and how they care about their customers.. Finally the cab arrived after 40 minutes of wait and Driver started arguing without any greeting.. He said the address is right but why the house number is wrong.. I told him that I called your office for the address issue, they assured me that it has been changed.. But the address was not changed.. The Driver looked at me full of anger.. I reached my job 40 minutes late because of their arrogance and carelessness.. I took the loss from my job as well.. I had the worst experience till day and it was my first booking with Gocarz.. I can never think of taking their service ever in future and wouldn't recommend anyone to take their service.. First of all they need to value their customers and learn the basic etiquettes to deal... After all customers are paying them, which should be valued.. Unacceptable experience...

Text arrived to inform us driver was on the way.. Marian the driver arrived in time.. Imacuate clean car. Marian smartly dressed.. Marian put cases in car no hesitation... Marian was curteous polite and held really interesting chat.. Would not hesitate to use go carz Shrewsbury again.. Great customer service... no problem smooth booking experience with Amelia go carz Shrewsbury office.. 10/10 customer sevice from us
