Sep 23,2019Booked a taxi for the train station in Wolverhampton via their app the night before our flights and stated 3 people with 3 large suitcases in capitals. Received email confirmation but taxi didn’t show in the morning - phoned the company and taxi arrived 15 minutes late but not big enough for the suitcases so had to jam one in the back seat and then had to run to train to get it with less than a minute to spare - great start to the holiday!

Sep 22,2019Having booked a taxi to take us to the train station with suitcases the driver, although he got out of the car and stood by the boot, had no intentions of helping to load the cases. The journey to the train station was an experience too, I question whether our driver knows the Highway Code or even holds a full licence. On arriving at the station, the driver couldn’t even be bothered to get out of the car to help us unload our cases. I really need to start thinking of using a different taxi firm.

After booking through the app for some non English speaking friends and requesting a large vehicle I was called at pick up time to be told (admittedly very politely) that the only option available was 2 vehicles which despite the app claiming may be an alternative, upped the price by roughly 50%. My guests were very uncomfortable with being separated and I paid the new amount as an apology. After much discomfort they eventually left nearly 40 minutes late. No member of staff was less than helpful but to be told that I shouldn't have bothered using the app but phoned directly I felt like I was being blamed for not knowing the ins and outts of the company 's shortcomings

Sep 10,2019As a company Gocars has never let me down. Cars are clean. Drivers are tidy. However today I was disappointed in the driver. He saw me struggle to load the wheelchair in his boot and just sat there. Wasn’t till I said I hope I don’t scratch your paintwork that he moved. ( I am blind my partner uses the wheelchair). ALL OTHER GO CARS DRIVERS ARE VERY HELPFUL EVEN WHEN I HAVE MY GUIDE DOG.
