Jan 23,2020Yesterday I was quoted in writing by text that my journeys to and from home to RSH would be 5 pounds. Journey back cost me 6 pounds because the Eastern European driver decided to change. When I complained to a lady called Jan. She didn't give a toss and considering how much money I've spent with your company over the past year. Your treatment of me today stinks. Over the past 12 months, I have had to endure quite a few of your Eastern European drivers driving like madmen, and on occasion, more than one of them has nearly run into the back of a car and buses cos they were rushing to get to the next job. I'm not very happy with the service I got today, or the manner of your operator. The jury is still out as to whether I will use you again and advise my A&E colleagues what's happened too.

Jan 22,2020Pre Booked hours in advance for my partner through the app. Driver refused to take him as he didn’t make the booking even though his name was in the “note to driver” section. This has happened on 2 occasions now & he’s has to get a black cab at 1am in the morning! GoCarz need to sort this out! Can you not book a cab on someone else’s behalf these days?!?!
