Mar 17,2020Driver didn't know where he was going decided to try drive to location without me in the car wasn't till I called up he claimed he pressed wrong button then when I was in car he was taking personal phone calls and wasn't looking where he was going and was going wrong direction utta shumbles awful company

Mar 09,2020Waiting for drivers ages, along with the ridiculous system in place to go to a cash point no matter what even if it’s on the way to your destination you can easily be charged an extra £2 minimum, ride drivers most of them foreign and a good handful that can barely speak English

Mar 05,2020Go Carz like having a personal car service! Occasionally car a little late but can't always predict traffic. Very good digital service...you can always know where your car is with a few simple moves. Finally, the operators are always pleasant and helpful. 🙂

Mar 04,2020Driver 8472 had seat reclined back i had no space what so ever, didnt even offer to move it or speak to me. I felt awkward and as if i unfortunately sat in the wrong seat. Luckily i dont have leg problems or another person with me. Not happy.
