Tried to call you to understand why allocated car turned up, argued not for me, but no response. Please do not post standard response! Standard response: Your advised car allocated and confirmed via message to pick me up on a cold wet night ie reg no MM65LDJ arrived at the railway station, but your driver rudely advised he was not for me, a few minutes later another car was assigned and completed the booking. No reason for change advised

Due to severe flooding in the Ironbridge and Shrewsbury area journeys are taking longer and fewer cars are available but the service still could not be faulted. The booking staff that I spoke to today and the two drivers who took me to Princess Royal Hospital and back home to Ironbridge were all excellent. Thank you very much.

Feb 26,2020Taxi driver made derogatory comments regarding ethnicity of other cultures talking about how foreign aid is sent to bangladesh and how a new building in the town of Shrewsbury, was probably going to be a mosque, his comments were highly inappropriate and for myself who is of mixed ethnicity I felt he took the liberty in making the comments to begin with. Although I am not of the ethnicity he was targeting his comments were uncalled for. Such drivers with political or prejudiced views need to keep their opinions to themselves. And remain professional. I will not be using Go Carz again. Disgraceful behaviour.

Feb 24,2020Normally we have good service from go cars however on Saturday 22 February I booked a taxi with plenty of notice to collect us from home at 10.30 a.m. The taxi had been allocated a car at 10.25 , despite this and a follow up phone call the car turned up at 10.50 with no apology from the driver. He was unresponsive when told we had to be in Wellington for a funeral at 10.55. Fortunately we had allowed an extra 10 minutes but arrived with the hearse and cars waiting for us. Even allowing for the stress of the day the driver's lack of basic manners was disappointing with any luck we won't get that driver again.

Feb 23,2020Go carz is reliable and fast. When you booked online, in 2 minutes the driver will be at the point to pick you and some of the drivers are very helpful when you have loads. The office staff are fantastic .They answer calls fast and very polite. Well done go carz.

Feb 21,2020I had a terrible experience yester on my way to work, I had a taxi and at the traffic lights the driver fell asleep, he was then beeped at sereveral times and then I had to shout him to wake up, when entering the car park to my work he almost missed the turning and swung the car around and nearly gave me whiplash, I will not be using go cars again, I think you may need to let your drivers do less hours and get some sleep!!!
