Dec 15,2019Booked from a specific place , was phoned by driver to ask where are you. I responded where I booked taxi from. Driver zip am in bus stop. Me no bus stop here. Realised he was 50m up road on other side. If he apologised that he was not at booking place and informed me he was farther away fine. But it was as if it was my fault.

Dec 14,2019Pre booked cab for my parents and opted for card payment a day or 2 before my dads (83) and daughters (14) shared birthday party. Cab arrived approx 30 mins late and threw everything out as had table booked for meal etc. Parents both in their 80’s got really stressed about where the cab was etc. When you Pre book I hoped that at least your cab would arrive on time, particularly at a quieter time of the day.

Dec 11,2019I booked the taxi at 9.30 and came 10 min later . At 9.20 I received a text SMS saying that the driver was on his way but actually took him 20 min . I missed my train to the airport. And on top of that when he gave me the change asked me if I wanted the 10 p which I said no thanks, but not intention at all.

Dec 02,2019So frustrating when you pre book a taxi and doesn't arrive on time, would be professional if the app replies saying unable to book your requested time Rang to check where my taxi was to be told by female receptionist it was 4 mins away, 10 mins later still not arrived. When I phone they say it will be at least another 10 mins as no driver booked. Why Lie. They do this a lot

Dec 16,2019Phoned for a taxi got told it would be 5 minutes. Phoned again after 10 minutes got told it would be 5 minutes. Spoke to the driver 10 minutes later got told it would be 5 minutes. 15 minutes later the taxi came after speaking to the driver. I the asked to speak to a manager as I waited way to long as I needed to be home. Got cut off 3 times. They said they would take my number and get the name her to phone me back and still nothing. Shocking service tbh on both the call office and taxi driver.
