Really friendly good laugh over all really good experience
Had 1 of the worst taxi driver today over charged me when I questioned him about it he told me its he's bread and butter but when they get you late for work in the morning who pays for our bread and butter then although the the taxi is pre booked???1 of the worst firms out there on top of all this he told me to use another firm cause I questioned him what a joke this firm is and this is the service you pay for
Car arrived on time. Spotlessly clean inside and out. Our driver couldn't do enough before, during and after our airport transfer. The driver was an absolute delight. Highly recommend him and Shrewsbury GoCarz.

Late arrival disappoints.. Love the simplicity of online booking and tracking cars etc. But 20 mins late is simply not acceptable in today’s connected world... Very nice driver who asked me about my What 3 Words comment was all about - when you live a mile away from the postcode it’s really important- hopefully it will replace postcodes in the near future

Polite driver and didn’t have to wait long for him to arrive
Awful service,waited out in rain rude foreign driver saying he was outside but wasn't. When driving constantly touching his phone then trying to set sat nav. Felt his road positioning and driving standard was awful swerving from lane to lane on dual carriageway with no signalling.
A few minutes late but received an apology. Lovely driver nice clean car. No complaints.

The app is easy to book through, and the tracker is great. I’ve been using Go Carz for about 6 months and not had a problem. They are consistently reliable and the drivers are all lovely. Great value.
Drivers driving was so bad he pulled out on 2 cars
Ordered my Taxi the night before at 8:30pm for 8:45am in the morning. I received a confirmation message that evening and in the morning I also confirmed the booking through an automated phone call I received. At 8:42am I received a message to say my taxi was on its way, however this was untrue as I couldn’t track the taxi. My mom called GoCarz and they said that I didn’t make a booking at first, which was also false as I received two confirmation messages regarding the booking. At 8:50am (5 mins late) I received a message to say another one was on its way, by this point I was confused. The taxi arrived at 9:02am which was 17 mins late and it resulted in me being late for my appointment. I will not be using this service again.
Crap missed our train with 30 minute late And that was after we rang who knows how long it would have been if we didnt.......
