Feb 02,2025Really friendly installer, took the time to talk things through and didn't mind me being curious about the work. Connection simply worked right away, and speed blows old BT service out of the water. Pay for 1gbs, getting test speeds pretty close to that which never happened with a BT line where it was always notably slower than advertised.

Jan 31,2025Servey was very straightforward no technical stuff. The engineer informed me how it would be installed and explained the route to my preferred location for the router. The engineer attended on the agreed installation day and completed the installation without any problems. What Grain failed to do was inform my current provider that they had now taken over as my provider as I did not find this out until later I will now have to pay my last provider an extra 4 days (not so good).

He was very polite and pleasant and explained everything he was doing.In a couple of hours all was connected and working brilliantly with no mess or problems , thanks Zak and Grain I could not have asked for better.

Jan 30,2025I filled in a survey that was sent to me and left a comment. Nothing wrong with the broadband just a comment. Was contacted within 24 hrs engineer was out 24hrs later and what to me was a minor issue was resolved straight away. The support team (Beth) have my respect for the way it was handled and the speed with which it was sorted. The engineer arrived early and within 15-20 mins had finished. Very professional and courteous.

Feb 02,2025I got Grain installed a couple of weeks ago. The engineer who did the work was very good. Helpful and friendly. I have no complaints about the quality of his work, from the routing of the cable outside the house to the position inside. Everything is perfect. The quality of the signal is good, no issues so far. Whenever I have been talking to Grain on the telephone I have been happy with the response to all my questions.
