Jan 09,2025Customer service has been fantastic with the chap who came to install being lovely and only taking a few hours. Only criticism is that it took 2 weeks from first requesting grain however it was during the xmas period. The wifi speed is brilliant,i get around 400mbs downstairs although did pay for 900mbs. Upstairs seems to be around 40mbs so i might need an extender

Jan 08,2025Just changed my broadband over to grain and I'm very pleased with the whole experience from them switching me over from my other provider, to the fitting. They keep me fully informed all the way througand even when the engineer couldn't make it on the agreed day(due to the severe weather) they went out of their way to get me sorted the very next day. The engineer was very pleasant and cleaned and hoovered up after he had finished, very happy

Jan 07,2025Switched from Virgin (been with them for years) to Grain the other day. Christopher came today to install and setup our Broadband. Christopher was very professional and got the job done. The Gigafast internet is amazing for the value, and get a signal all around the house (even the yard) much better than virgin who has become more and more expensive over time. I would highly recommend the switch to Grain

Jan 07,2025Had a quick installation early morning a week after I was supposedly meant to have it, but the booker had mispoken. What I was told was to be the original installation was infact a review. Thankfully, calling in fixed the confusion and my home is now equipped with Grain broadband.

Jan 07,2025Install was so so, didn't wipe boots, pretty poor wiring BUT internet service for the price is amazing, 1/3 the cost of Virgin who I'd been with for 15 years at various properties without any issues. They just got too greedy and even with Volt benefits couldn't match or better the speed and price of Grain. Miss the Virgin Media router though..
