Dec 30,2024We are currently having damp proofing work done and required the broadband removed from the wall and then refitted a few days later, After a quick phone call to grain customer services to arrange the first visit 2 days later the router was removed from the wall still maintaining a broadband connection while the work was undertaken once completed another call to customer services to arrange refitting and the following day another engineer reinstalled the broadband. Customer services were very helpful and the engineers completed the work leaving things clean and tidy. Not many companies provide such a good service nowadays, the cost for this service was £0.00 you really can’t ask for more. Well done thank you.
