Dec 20,2024Very fast broadband available day 1. I moved into a new build property recently. Grain's router was pre-installed and the 300mpbs trial was available to use straight away - amazing! I had a question which customer service answered efficiently before going onto sign up for the 900mbps Gigafast service. I'm very impressed with Grain and it's a major improvement on my previous provider. I'd definitely recommend Grain based on my experience.

Dec 20,2024The whole process from signup to installation and line activation was easy and seamless. The installation took a little over an hour and the technician was pleasant and efficient. Line speed is great at just under a gigabit up and downstream.
