Dec 13,2024Our WiFi is not reaching my devices upstairs.Most of the time the WiFi is so slow. Sometimes it won't even connect.I would like to stay with this network. The network isn't working good in the whole house. Can you please fix this?

Dec 13,2024Updated review: I originally gave 3stars due to reason below - CS reached out on the phone and reset my router from their side which seems to of fixed things and after the call my speed is now more than double what it was at just over 400 (it is peak time while I did the test on wifi too) great customer service for reaching out and fixing the issue. ——— When I signed up to the 1gig connection it was amazing. WiFi speeds were over 5-600mbs but now I’m only getting around 200ish can’t seem to find my online account to log in and complain either.

Dec 13,2024Excellent company. Since moving my broadband to them I have had no issues whatsoever and no outrageous increase mid contract. I can’t believe how cheap and reliable there superfast speed is.

Dec 13,2024It is a great service,great price but because my tv/streaming is in the lounge and wifi hub is in my bedroom it does buffer quite a bit,not always,but sometimes,otherwise great service

Dec 13,2024Upon leaving Virgin, we tried Sky but there were connectivity issues. Grain were already installed in our street and following a very fast and easy connection, we were up and running. Couldn't be happier as service is excellent, signal strength is amazing ( even up in our loft extension ) and we have had no drop outs as yet. Overall would easily reccomend.

Dec 13,2024The service is up and down. To be honest I'm waiting for contract to finish in 6 months and will go back to Virgin Media. Never had a good service for 8 months and was told it was my fault and had to buy a ethernet cable to fix the slowness of thier service. The cheek of it. My fault apparently.
