Dec 17,2024We have had grain internet installed since moving to our new property at the end of October 2024.Having not dealt with them previously we were apprehensive about the expected internet speeds and how they would deal with any issues.We had a couple of speed issues in the first few days which were responded to promptly by their customer service team. We have smart tvs and a number of devices as well as home working all which have worked well on the superfast connection. I received a courtesy follow up call from Mirren to check that everything was working as it should.This was a nice touch which I’ve never had with any other provider. Mirren, like all Grain staff I’ve spoken to was courteous and helpful. We’re pleased with our service and in addition the grain contract is better value than many other internet providers in the locality.
