Dec 04,2024Constantly sending junk mail. Really annoying company sending junk mail twice a month. That says how brilliant they are and how every other company is so bad. They made a total mess of the pavement here when they installed the wires. I don't want your internet please go away and stop sending junk.

Dec 04,2024For gaming, grain connect has been absolutely horrendous. I have called their support concerning this issue and almost at the end of my 12 month contract with no resolution. They tell you, you're on a shared IP address and would either have to pay an extra £4.99 monthly to get an independent one to better gaming experience or use an ethernet connection which doesn't work either, after paying extra for their hyperfast tier and wifi extender. **UPDATE** It would be unfair if I do not comeback to say how Grain has been supportive since my previous experience. Their support team reached out promptly and ensured my gaming experience was top notch with regular feedback. Their fantastic approach may just have inclined me to continue after expiration of my current contract.

Dec 04,2024Ok, so friendly and professional. I was told it would take 1 hour, it took almost 3 hours. The small box under the large unit has been screwed crooked onto the wall. Cabling at front of house is really neat, however, my 6 large plant pots weren't put back in place, a job I should not have to do! My son was waiting having something updated, BT said 2.5 hours, as soon as he switched to grain, the update took 20 minutes... so overall, apart from little snags, we're really happy!
