Dec 12,2024I've had Grain as my supplier for nearly 3 years. I had no option for the first 1.5 years, but I had no problems. I chose them thereafter because their service is largely good.

They installed the broadband but the internet was not connected to my devices straightaway so the engineers managed to resolve the issues on the spot after making a few phone calls to their office. Very efficient………

Dec 12,2024Got the top package with grain and wow what a company. Really helpful from choosing a package all the way to installation and set up. Other providers have just send out a box for ourselves to set up and end up being useless on the customer service part but these guys are a league above. The engineer we had, Sef, was an absolute legend facilitated our needs when setting up and made the process as easy as possible. We literally had to do nothing on our side except wait for the installation to be finished and was polite and helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a change of pace on the broadband side of things.

Dec 11,2024So .... after 3 months with grain all I can say is...720 mbps wifi and £29.99 (after 3 month free) ... superb. The problems and prices of virgin media are firmly a thing of the past...bye bye v.m bye bye...
