Amazing service great broadband
Wondered what was happening this morning as we had not received our Password, one quick call to the Grain office resolved a misunderstanding and we were up and running within 5 minutes. Super Service

Grain CFO Roland Barzegar made a Loyalty Price Promise on new contracts in 2022. To quote him; 'We recently introduced our Loyalty Price Promise where at the end of their contract, we offer customers to renew on the same monthly price we advertise to new customers on their street' My contract taken out in December 2022 is up for renewal. I was offered Superfast 150 package on a new 18 month contract for £26.99 via email. My neighbours who are not currently Grain customers can get the same 18 month package online at a cheaper rate. Spoke to Grain Sales about this today and the Loyalty Price Promise is no longer part of their offering. After posting about this on Trustpilot I was called back by Grain and had a constructive conversation about the original promise. They have now offered me a new contract at the same price as a new customer deal and have met my expectations set in 2022 by their CFO.
The worst possible experience with this company. We switched from sky broadband and now cannot actually use our sky q setup in our home any more. We’ve had sky engineers out, new equipment etc. but this internet is horrific for compatibility with Sky TV. So basically my advice is do not get this broadband if you want to use Sky tv. Now I have to cancel my tv setup that I’ve had for two decades. The box wasn’t installed in the place we requested also, customer service is useless. Regret ever signing up, gutted that we’re tied in to this useless contact.
It was Seamless switching of my broadband to them . They even cancelled my previous broadband . Quick efficient and friendly service in every way . From sales advisor who set it up , to engineer who installed it . Was kept updated by emails at every stage too . Very happy
Arrived promptly , worked on cable connection in garden ,neat and not visible .Entered property hooked up hub made stable by a wall mounting. All areas cleared after hook up , theyre welcome anytime . Great Job
Spoke with Adam this morning on the phone regarding the payment that was debited from my account after explaining that my final payment had already been paid. Had an email then from Carley stating that "Following your conversation with Adam this morning I have looked at you account, your bill automatically generates, anything that is owed to you will be refunded in due course." I had then gone on to explain that I have had other bills due today that now cannot be paid and will be charged for these and Carley's response was "Many thanks for your reply, final payments are always taken earlier as a customers effective cancellation date may be before your actual direct debit date." Not happy don't want to recognise that I will have charges from other companies I should not have to pay as a result of there error as I had not been informed they weren't taking the payment.
At first lots of delays with installation. Then getting the original telephone number ported over to use with Grain was a real headache. But once it was all done I can report we have a very reliable connection, with only one drop out in 12 months and few niggles with the phone line only needing to be restarted to fix. Hopefully they will continue to provide this high level of service and at a reasonable price, which is all customers want. I recommend Grain.
Michael Grant did a first class job installing my new internet . He was helpful in advising the best site for the equipment and was polite and professional . His work tidy and he left no mess and left instructions how to access the new grain internet . I was up and running within minutes of him leaving with no issues . Excellent job, many thanks

Dealt with my query quickly and efficiently literally there and then. I didn't have a phone package when engineer arrived just broadband said no problem if I ring grain they will add to my order and he can connect me there and then. Well done Dan my engineer fab customer service.

Clean and tidy install
Had Grain for quite a few months now and I've had no issues whatsoever. In the nicest way possible; I like not having to think about my ISP often; a refreshing change to my previous provider(s)!

From order to installation was only 3 days. The installers Keith and Sal were quick and answered all of my questions. Excellent communication from Grain and super fast gigabit internet. An all round good experience.
