I had an amazing experience, service and guidance from Wesley who helped me so much with securing my first brand new rental apartment. He guided me through the application process, he did so well during the viewing and he was very informative and always available for any enquiries via WhatsApp, email or phone call. His colleague Ezekiel was amazing on the phone before the viewing and knew exactly what apartment would suit my lifestyle. The Grainger team email correspondence and phone calls have been good with prompt replies. Overall, I am happy with the service. I am glad and grateful for a smooth experience.
We had and amazing experience staying with Grainger at their Liverpool Kings Dock Mill property for the past 5 years. Luke P, our point of contact there ensured that any issues we faced were sorted out as soon as possible (usually on the day!) we will truly miss staying there. Many thanks!!
Latest Update: The issues are finally fixed and compensation was paid out after requesting it. Rating updated accordingly. Update in response to Grainger's response: They have now painted over the wall and cleaned the mould but the leak continues. I will update again when the leak is fixed and compensation has been provided. I've had a leaking roof for months, leading to the ceiling and wall peeling and discolouring, it looks awful and keeps getting worse. A damaged carpet which was promised to be replaced in July still hasn't been, someone came to take measurements in September and I never heard back! You're probably thinking 'why didn't you chase it'. OH I have! Every Week! It's exhausting! When I do get somewhere, they send a company called W12, which doesn't call to book...just turns up. Then they mark the job as 'complete' despite not having access to the property as I wasn't in! I'd highly recommend avoiding Grainger unless you have the time/energy to constantly chase every issue, big or small.

Absolutely lovely. We got a manager Wesley Greaves from Grainger who literally made everything move related easy. He kindly showed us the apartment and explained everything clearly. He even coordinated and communicated with us via WhatsApp. Everything from contract to reference checks was organised. Grainger is amazing and more than that, they have a star in Wesley.
An extremely happy with the interactions I had with Mr Ezekiel Akinjagunla - how Zekiel handled my enquiry was amazing, I felt I spoke to a person whom I know for quite sometime. Provided all the required information and called me back multiple times to book virtual booking and shared all the required details. Amazing support !

My partner and I have been communicating with Megan, Lettings Negotiator, as we are looking to move into a new apartment in January. Megan was able to answer every question we had and support us with the entire process. The most pleasurable experience we have ever had when moving. *Note, we have not moved into the property yet.
I had the pleasure of speaking to Ezekiel, I found him to be very helpful . I given my current circumstances, he has taken my urgent matter into consideration and has put my mind at ease. He understood that I am in desperate need of housing as my wife is coming next week from abroad. He also given me option to secure the property for kind of assurance. I personally impressed by him unlike other state agent who were not very helpful .
I have been in my rented apartment for a year and a half, and I have been communicating with Louise for this entire time. She will always reply to an email enquiry, even at midnight!! She tries her best solve any query I might have, big or small. Very happy with her service. She goes above and beyond. Thank you
Never had any problem with Grainger, recently renewed out tenancy agreement with Lacey, she was kind, patient and worked as wanted us to sign on for another 12 months, but unsure how much our lives would stay the same to stay here for that long, so offered a a very fair compromise after listening to our situation. It really made me feel listened to and considered that they were willing to find a solution which was beneficial and feasible for both parties
Past experiences searching for property have been slow and often frustrating times. However, my experience with Grainger plc (Ruben in particular) haven’t been like this at all, responses have been really quick, and any questions (no matter how stupid) were answered quickly and without any fuss. Thanks for a really refreshing experience when it comes to letting properties!

I just moved from the rock Bury which was managed by Grainger and David Hancock. From the beginning and moving in, Grainger was so helpful and efficient with the documents and the communication that went on to moving into the flat. After I moved in, there were a couple of teething issues and David worked hard to get things done right. During my time there the lovely, modern, and naturally bright flat had almost no disturbances as the neighbors were quiet and it felt like I was alone in the block. This was amazing for someone who gets an early night quite often, especially as I had to get up for work early, including weekends. I asked David to move the bed out of the furnished flat as I wanted to put my own in. Without any hesitation, it was organized for me, and the day my new bed arrived, it was all done so swiftly, the stress was taken away instead of it being a nightmare. One thing I will say is on the pre-furnished flats, the quality of the furniture wasn't the best, but, it is your choice to use theirs or buy your own, so I felt that I had no leg to stand on to complain about the comfort of the hired furniture. When I decided to leave, their communication from David was fantastic. I left the flat in brilliant condition and the recognition of my efforts by both tower inventories and David really rounded up the fantastic time I had.
Laughable customer service from Ezekial A. Patronizing, unintelligent. Perhaps it's time to find another career. Suggest his manager reviews his calls.

Excellent service and loads of support provided! I would particularly like to thank my Lettings Negotiator Jack as he went above an beyond anything any other specialist in a different company would do! Before signing the new tenancy I was worried, but Jack answered all the questions for me and and helped me make the best choice. Also, it was a great pleasure to deal with my Tenancy Progressor Jessica, as she was extremely helpful and kind, always there to assist with any issues or concerns. Even at times when things didn’t go as smooth, with all the support provided from Jack, Jess and the rest of the team, everything would quickly get resolved, leading to an optimal outcome even when it initially felt like there wouldn’t be one. Thank you so much, once again! Finding a new home in a new city could be extremely challenging, but I am happy that I chose Grainger, and I’d recommend them to everyone! By far the best company currently in the market!

Jan 04,2023We live in a street where half of the properties are run by Grainger, they are freeholders. Recently a neighbour that moved in has decided to turn his front garden of his maisonette into s carpark. This is in total breach of lease and the properties are not designed for this to happen given the drive is shared by four properties and the council have turned down application/s for dropped curbs as it’s not in keeping with the area. Given all of the above myself and another neighbour contacted Grainger by email. We were given a name Ms Obioha. Our first emails were not answered and it took a phone call which she seemed less than interested in. We both got emails a few days later to say she had asked the lessee to refrain from parking his car on the garden with immediate effect. This however, fell on silent ears, that’s in fact if a letter was even sent. I and my neighbour have scone tried to contact her leaving voice messages, further emails to which have all been ignored. More residents are complaining about the noise and the lights shining into their bedrooms and being woken as we all were during the Christmas period early hours of the morning due to his inability to put a car in a small area of front garden which is not designed for this purpose. We are all so angry that the freeholders won’t enforce the lease and tell this resident that he can’t do this. This morning we were woken with the digger breaking up his front garden to make it into a permanent car park. Thank Grainger for allowing this to happen and ruin not only the lives of the other residents but as the council have said the character of the area. If I could give you zero stars I would. 20th Jan 2023 With regards to your reply in saying you haven’t ignored or been slow how is it that you took from September to now to offer the indemnity and that was only after several emails plus calls to Ms Obioha and Mr Blackford and my review on here. As for the fact that you say you are still waiting for me to indemnify the lease, I wrote to Miss Obioha by email over a week ago in reply to her email, asking specific questions in relation to this and as yet my email has not been answered. I stand by my review. It would appear the only way to get a response is by putting a review on here. I can see that I am fighting a losing battle over this situation.
