I came across this property after I was quite tired of seeing so many apartments. Fiona was my contact, and I was very pleased with the whole process. I paid a holding deposit without even seeing the property (I have only seen the video). I was quite skeptical, to be honest, but somehow I just felt like trusting her. I viewed a similar apartment in the same building and decided to rent it anyway (again, I was sceptical as I hadn't seen the actual apartment). I also had some questions as my visa was in process. They were very helpful and reassuring, and in the end, everything was brilliant. The flat was professionally cleaned before I moved in. The next day, building manager Luke came in to welcome me and helped me clear a few doubts and sort everything out. Overall, the whole process was very professional, and the team was very helpful. Fiona and Luke were amazing! Please keep it up!
I am really pleased with my flat and the building management at the Filaments. Everyone is super helpful and always accessible. The environment is neat and tidy at all times. Fiona was my main contact and she was very responsive and efficient, made the process of renting out very smooth.
I really hate fake people especially in the estate industry. They had me running up and down left and right for a month just to decline at the end. They always luck information when I called they were always on a hurry to hang up and always talking to me like I had to know what they were asking me. Practically they wanted me to do their job for them which I did and at the end they had the nerve to tell me that the had a lot of patience with me and that they are canceling the agreement. I wish I could have a talk with the actúa landlords and see what they are all about.
Myself and partner spent over a year at Tribe East Quarter in new Islington. The apartment was in very good condition and even with some cladding works, our time there was very good! Mark & Martin helped with any query we had, meter readings always promptly given too.
Jack, the letting negotiator made getting my apartment super easy. Very responsive and super helpful.
Stereotypical estate agents - they promise to show you flat, you organise your schedule accordingly and then they cancel as the property was magically let already before you had the opportunity to see it (never call you to give you the opportunity to give an offer). Obviously they don’t communicate internally and find it hilarious when you miss out on something you really want. I have been dealing with Geoffrey and the whole thing seems a joke to him. Not a professional service.
Collette, she got in touch with me and made my application just smooth, professional and very responsive. Keep it up COLLETTE
These guys are the best super kind.
The location, facilities and management of the property are good, the staffmembers are also helpful particularly Ms. Lacey Malin, the renewals negotiator.
I spent the last 2months speaking with agents in Manchester, and it went from one disappointment to another! Not only was Grainger's process straightforward, but Jack from the lettings team was also super helpful and responsive. I love my new apartment, it is spacious at the same time comfy.
I called Kate Kelly this morning as I had an issue within my flat, she attended within a hour 8 sorted out the problem within minutes, she is always very helpful & without her working on site, I do not know what Dibdin house would become, she is always on top of things & get things done within a short period of time if atoll possible
Positive reviews must be fake! Behind their seemingly "nice appearance" - The flats are poorly made - The wifi is unreliable and stops working regularly - The couch and bed are cheap and very uncomfortable - If anything breaks in the flat, good luck, you're on your own
We thoroughly enjoyed our first month stay-in. It is totally well-equipped and student friendly. A great experience in Headline apt, soooo worthy
Grainger were great over the past two years, particularly Louise Spooner who always replied promptly and got things sorted if there were issues. They were understanding when it came to difficulties with payments due to COVID and were a big help when it came to moving out and finding a new place to live. Only slight issue was there were times when it wasn't communicated that repair people were coming round but overall I'd definitely recommend Grainger to others
Happy with the team at Grainger, who helped with whole process of moving in. It was easy and smooth even through the slight delay with reference checks. Special thanks to Wesley and Clair for their quick response time ad kind attention when needed.
I recently rented a property through Grainger in Liverpool. My main contact had been Luke, who was very professional, well mannered and always helped in a swift manner. I really enjoyed my time renting the property and would have stayed longer if there was more space. I highly recommend renting via Grainger and if you have Luke as your main contact point then you are going to be ok. Very happy with my experience.
The process was very easy and with lots of support provided. Really helpful and caring, particularly Louise Spooner.
Trying to rent these days a Pet friendly property and a 12 months lease is challenging . Even more so if you are relocating from the USA . Fortunately I came into Brook Place in Sheffield and their team is not only efficient, but very kind who really care about their residents! I highly recommend. Lydia G
We thoroughly enjoyed our first few months at our apartment block. Rent was slightly discounted due to repairs on the building. They promised scaffolding to come down Nov 2021, then it was Jan 2022 and to this day (Aug 2022) it is still up and are charging us full price. We have not seen any workers on site since January. Unfortunately I was a victim of fraud a couple months ago and they have in no way been supportive. Have accused us of withholding payments, made us feel like we are in the wrong for the fraud. The way I have been spoken to and dealt with I am lost for words. They do not care about how there tenants feel or what they go through, they care about getting their money and getting it their way. They expect everything to go on there terms which is not the case. I do not recommend Grainger one bit and they really need to teach their staff human decency.

Oct 28,2022My husband and I rented a flat which was managed by Grainger for the last six months. Our main contact was Robert Steel who we both found to be approachable and helpful. You knew that when you sent him an email it would be responded to quickly and efficiently and if he wasn't the person to deal with the query, he would pass it on to the right person swiftly. When it came to inventories, his level of wear and tear acceptability was sensible and realistic. I also heard another lady in the block say, "I'll email Robert," when there was a problem with rubbish, (which he passed on and got sorted very quickly), so he is obviously seen, by many, as the one to approach if you want something done. Grainger, as a whole, was very helpful and efficient. The only thing I would question is that the contacts on the communal wall weren't accurate, but they have a great customer service operation going on, so that didn't matter. They always sent a reminder email when the rent was going to come out of my account, with the date and amount, which was a real plus. I would be very happy if all my rentals were overseen by Grainger.
