Directors Oliver Bush and Adam Shaw wanted to create an Estate Agency that offers clients a personal, face to face service with creative marketing whilst still offering good value for money. Promising to personally deal with all aspects of selling your home from start to finish.
Adam and Oliver have worked within Estate Agency for over 25 years, covering the east Reading area, with the last 12 years primarily concentrating on Twyford and the surrounding Berkshire villages.
Grapevine believe by offering fair fees, that include FREE professional photography as standard across all properties, clients finally have an alternative, affordable option when selling their home.
Grapevine are also members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, whereby a code of practice for Residential Sales must be adhered to.

Sep 11,2019Moving home is stressful and what makes it more stressful is when you feel like you're in the dark with whats going on. With Grapevine we never had this feeling. Oliver and Adam were superb. I never felt like I couldn't email them or call them for a quick update on how everything was progressing. They responded quickly and informatively to all my update requests! Great bunch of guys! Would happily buy through them again.

Sep 11,2019Unfortunately for me I didn’t sell my property through grapevine. Although the guys were lovely when they came round to value, I went with another agent. My mistake. However I ended up buying through Grapevine. Throughout the whole process they were lovely, so helpful and informative and i felt I could trust them. I would often call them over my own agent to find out what was going on. I truly felt Grapevine wanted the best for everyone involved in the chain and were not just chasing their commission, which is how I felt with my own agents! Thank you Oliver, Adam and Holly.
