WELCOME TO GRAPEVINE ESTATE AGENTS - TWYFORD, READING
Directors Oliver Bush and Adam Shaw wanted to create an Estate Agency that offers clients a personal, face to face service with creative marketing whilst still offering good value for money. Promising to personally deal with all aspects of selling your home from start to finish.
Adam and Oliver have worked within Estate Agency for over 25 years, covering the east Reading area, with the last 12 years primarily concentrating on Twyford and the surrounding Berkshire villages.
Grapevine believe by offering fair fees, that include FREE professional photography as standard across all properties, clients finally have an alternative, affordable option when selling their home.
Grapevine are also members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, whereby a code of practice for Residential Sales must be adhered to.

I say that knowing that I can be demanding having recently sold and purchased with them. He and his the team have helped in many ways, too many to mention. They followed up regularly and advised us on the best way to market our home to get the best possible price. We were lucky enough to have two fabulous offers within a week of putting the house on the market and Oliver and Adam followed up with us and our solicitors all the way through the conveyancing process, to ensure the smoothest transaction possible. They managed the viewing process efficiently and filtered viewings appropriately. They negotiated effectively with the buyer to agree purchase price. They managed the sale completion by speaking to my, and the sellers solicitors every week and kept everyone informed. Thanks guys. Good job!
