WELCOME TO GRAPEVINE ESTATE AGENTS - TWYFORD, READING
Directors Oliver Bush and Adam Shaw wanted to create an Estate Agency that offers clients a personal, face to face service with creative marketing whilst still offering good value for money. Promising to personally deal with all aspects of selling your home from start to finish.
Adam and Oliver have worked within Estate Agency for over 25 years, covering the east Reading area, with the last 12 years primarily concentrating on Twyford and the surrounding Berkshire villages.
Grapevine believe by offering fair fees, that include FREE professional photography as standard across all properties, clients finally have an alternative, affordable option when selling their home.
Grapevine are also members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, whereby a code of practice for Residential Sales must be adhered to.

Then we got great marketing, great communications, attention to detail, responsive & personable. Even when the solicitors created months of problems Adam just stuck with it and liased with everyone in the chain. 11/10

From the very start of the process of selling our property Grapevine were there for us every step of the way providing expert advice and help when needed - and sometimes just a bit of a chat and a laugh too to keep our spirits up! Ours was a stressful sale (to say the least) and we would never have made it over the finish line without Grapevine fighting our corner every step of the way. Aug 10,2021Grapevine represented the sellers and the house was keenly photographed and described. We were very eager to view the house based upon their description. Holly was a very capable guide and was happy to let us 'roam' the property whilst being close by to answer our questions. We offered immediately, and our offer was accepted very quickly. Our own buyer was not in a hurry and after 3 months pulled out so we thought we had lost the house we wished to purchase. But we got another buyer almost immediately and the vendor decided to stay with us. Grapevine, (Oliver and Adam), recognising our misfortune, seemed to get closer to us and kept us fully informed about progress in the 'chain'. We lost the second buyer but the vendors hung in with us and we are very appreciative of that. When a third buyer came along, they, like us, were keen to get to a resolution and Adam, at Grapevine was at pains to keep us informed of progress. Our second viewing, to 'measure up' when we were getting close to the wire, was handled by Holly again and she did an excellent job. Finally, we made it, and we got to meet the whole team in person. Thank you Oliver, Adam, Holly and Sally for your efforts. It took nine months but here we are and we have settled very well.
