WELCOME TO GRAPEVINE ESTATE AGENTS - TWYFORD, READING
Directors Oliver Bush and Adam Shaw wanted to create an Estate Agency that offers clients a personal, face to face service with creative marketing whilst still offering good value for money. Promising to personally deal with all aspects of selling your home from start to finish.
Adam and Oliver have worked within Estate Agency for over 25 years, covering the east Reading area, with the last 12 years primarily concentrating on Twyford and the surrounding Berkshire villages.
Grapevine believe by offering fair fees, that include FREE professional photography as standard across all properties, clients finally have an alternative, affordable option when selling their home.
Grapevine are also members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, whereby a code of practice for Residential Sales must be adhered to.

Our process was not the easiest (with a 4pm simultaneous exchange and completion almost on the same day that lock down was announced in March) but the energy and focus they showed to get us over the line was hugely valued. I would thoroughly recommend them.

They have continued to provide us with advice and it's always felt like we're getting an honest opinion and no 'hard sell' - appreciated both when we were buying and selling! They are lovely to work with, professional and personable. We bought and sold through them at the end of last year and couldn't fault the service from them or from Holly. Through a tough negotiation battle against another agent for the same house, Oliver used all his skills and wisdom to procure the house for us his client. Adam has also been great getting the deal over the line and we cant wait to move in at the end of this month. Our saying is 'if its meant to be, its meant to be' and in this case it was, largely down to Oliver & Adam. Would highly recommend using them for anyone looking to move.
