Directors Oliver Bush and Adam Shaw wanted to create an Estate Agency that offers clients a personal, face to face service with creative marketing whilst still offering good value for money. Promising to personally deal with all aspects of selling your home from start to finish.
Adam and Oliver have worked within Estate Agency for over 25 years, covering the east Reading area, with the last 12 years primarily concentrating on Twyford and the surrounding Berkshire villages.
Grapevine believe by offering fair fees, that include FREE professional photography as standard across all properties, clients finally have an alternative, affordable option when selling their home.
Grapevine are also members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, whereby a code of practice for Residential Sales must be adhered to.

Ollie made me aware of a new property up for sale that fit my requirements after an offer I made on a previous property fell through. This enabled me to put in an offer before the property was even listed and we achieved a 3 month completion before my mortgage offer expired. Adam was also incredibly helpful, working with solicitors on both sides to ensure completion happened at the set deadline. I can highly recommend Grapevine.
