Directors Oliver Bush and Adam Shaw wanted to create an Estate Agency that offers clients a personal, face to face service with creative marketing whilst still offering good value for money. Promising to personally deal with all aspects of selling your home from start to finish.

Adam and Oliver have worked within Estate Agency for over 25 years, covering the east Reading area, with the last 12 years primarily concentrating on Twyford and the surrounding Berkshire villages.

Grapevine believe by offering fair fees, that include FREE professional photography as standard across all properties, clients finally have an alternative, affordable option when selling their home.

Grapevine are also members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, whereby a code of practice for Residential Sales must be adhered to.

Even though we were purchasing through Grapevine (not selling) we received outstanding support from start to finish. The personal and friendly service provided by Oliver was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and we were kept updated at all times. As a result both our sale and purchase progressed without a hitch. I can't speak highly enough about the service we received from Grapevine and I would recommend them to anybody, without hesitation. Thank you Oliver.

Adam and Oliver have provided us with a fantastically dedicated service in selling our house, and smoothing the way of our purchase. From the excellent marketing photos through to the regular communications and relentless coaching of our entire chain; they went above and beyond what we expected of them. I can whole heartedly say they removed much of the stress from the process. They know their stuff, they're reliable and likeable - we wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend them.

Absolutely amazing service, continually going above and beyond our expectations. We gave Oliver and Adam a month to sell our house and they sold it in a fortnight (after it had been on the market for 5 months). Would definitely use them again and cannot recommend them highly enough.

It's not often that you find estate agents like these two. Oliver and Adam really are amazing. They are honest, genuinely friendly, thorough, they go above and beyond the call of duty, they always do what they say they will... whether it's a call at exactly the same time they said they will or key drop off. They made sure that at every stage of our selling process that we were ok and really had our best interests in mind. Very knowledgable and completely by the book. It really has been a pleasure to work with them. Easy recommendation.

Adam and Oliver were fantastic from the start. They clearly know the property industry and the local market. They gave good advice and never pressurised us to make decisions. They also personally handled my sale transaction from start to finish, which was a substantial benefit. I cant recommend them highly enough.
