WELCOME TO GRAPEVINE ESTATE AGENTS - TWYFORD, READING
Directors Oliver Bush and Adam Shaw wanted to create an Estate Agency that offers clients a personal, face to face service with creative marketing whilst still offering good value for money. Promising to personally deal with all aspects of selling your home from start to finish.
Adam and Oliver have worked within Estate Agency for over 25 years, covering the east Reading area, with the last 12 years primarily concentrating on Twyford and the surrounding Berkshire villages.
Grapevine believe by offering fair fees, that include FREE professional photography as standard across all properties, clients finally have an alternative, affordable option when selling their home.
Grapevine are also members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, whereby a code of practice for Residential Sales must be adhered to.

Sep 26,2017Grapevine estate agents were amazing from start to finish and I really cannot recommend highly enough. Same day visit from day of initial phone with beautiful pictures taken within days of instruction. Though the selling process Oliver was in touch daily with updates, leads and details of how he had followed up each visit or enquiry. Post offer completion was a rather a drawn out affair with lots of problems but Oliver managed all issues and took responsibility for updating the chain above us and trying his best to keep all parties informed and happy in difficult circumstances. They made a very stressful sale much easier and I am very grateful for all their help. My dealings with other estate agents have really not been to this standard of customer service at all. And then all of this level of detail and customer service for a very competitive price! I really wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would very highly recommend you do the same if thinking of it! Aug 21,2017We were first time buyers with a rather useless solicitor. Oliver (and Adam) hand held us every step of the process, advising where necessary and even helping us chase our solicitor where necessary. They were always available on the other end of the phone to give updates and happily answer any questions. We had a few times where we had to have somewhat 'awkward' conversations about money with the seller, Oliver was able to read the situation and act as intermediary in a way that left both parties happy, and avoided any tension. Our awful solicitor meant our process could have been horrifically stressful, these guys absolutely went above and beyond to minimise our stress and we will not hesistate to use them again should the time arise.
