WELCOME TO GRAPEVINE ESTATE AGENTS - TWYFORD, READING
Directors Oliver Bush and Adam Shaw wanted to create an Estate Agency that offers clients a personal, face to face service with creative marketing whilst still offering good value for money. Promising to personally deal with all aspects of selling your home from start to finish.
Adam and Oliver have worked within Estate Agency for over 25 years, covering the east Reading area, with the last 12 years primarily concentrating on Twyford and the surrounding Berkshire villages.
Grapevine believe by offering fair fees, that include FREE professional photography as standard across all properties, clients finally have an alternative, affordable option when selling their home.
Grapevine are also members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, whereby a code of practice for Residential Sales must be adhered to.

They were on the ball all throughout the transaction and despite all the difficulties presented by COVID, we got the sale over the line within normal timescales. After trying to sell with a well known, international (and expensive!) brand estate agent who gave us very bad service, were unresponsive and really didn't show any need to sell our home we decided to use a local agency. It was the best decision we made. The service we received was above and beyond. We were trying to sell in a tricky market (global pandemic) but Adam, Ollie, and Hollie never gave up and secured us a buyer relatively quickly. We were kept up to date at every point through the sale and our buyers the same. We would absolutely use no one else if we were ever going to sell again! Thanks Guys!!!!

Pro-active updates Having decided to go ahead with Grapevine, I was extremely impressed by their pro-active approach of communication and updates to ensure that as the seller you were kept up to date and clear on current status - I wish more companies (not just estate agents) were as helpful as keeping their clients abreast of matters! Support & Advice The sale of my purchase took a while due to specific unique circumstances which made a quick sale difficult. That said, at no point did Grapevine ever rush me, or try to push me into wrong decisions, but instead offered patience and help along with useful advice and inputs. It took some time to navigate my challenges to get under offer, but I can honestly say I felt Grapevine were with me every step of the way. Completion Whilst completion is very stressful and difficult, I had very challenging parties to deal. I am pleased to say that Grapevine helped me address all matters that came up before and on moving day, helping to close them out and draw a successful line under my move.
