Sep 02,2024Visited Guitar Village with my son on his birthday, we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. He had been desiring a Gibson Les Paul Junior for quite some time, and I was looking at "full fat" Les Paul Standards. The sales guys let us look at and play several, there was absolutely no pressure, we were allowed to take our time and they didn't stand over us which was a breath of fresh air. Courteous and friendly service throughout. We were there 3 hours and left having purchased a Les Paul Junior and a nice little Cort practice amp. The LPJ is set up very well and is an awesome little guitar with monster tone, amazing considering how brutally basic it is. They even threw in a free set of strings. I can highly recommend this business based on our experience which was thoroughly pleasurable start to finish.

Aug 28,2024Always a great service with Guitar Village! Even after I hadn't placed an order with them in years, they're as good as ever... I had some questions about a guitar on their website. After a friendly helpful call, all my questions were answered and I was confident this was the guitar for me. It was marked Ex-Demo, but you'd never know it. It looked immaculate when it arrived. GV are honest about any tiny (and I mean TINY) imperfections on a guitar that isn't brand new. For instruments over a certain price, they put photos of the actual guitar online. So you know exactly what you're getting. There's also a multistage checklist that goes in with the guitar. Everything is checked on the instrument before shipping. It takes the worry out of buying guitars online. Highly recommended!

Even though there was a little problem with the delivery it wasn't the company's mistake and even after that Richard was really helpful and wanted to know if everything went fine. I am really happy with my guitar, thank you Richard!

Aug 09,2024Cannot recommend Guitar Village enough. Pre-ordered the Epiphone DG-335 Dave Grohl signature guitar back in March and the team kept me updated over the following months. When the guitar arrived in store, I got both a phone call and an email to say that the guitar was there and it would be shipping out to me later that day. When the guitar arrived at my house, it was packaged excellently, double boxed with plenty of padding. I should also note that the guitar had been thoroughly checked by the team before shipping to me, which really put my mind at ease as there had been a few reported manufacturing issues with this model. It arrived in perfect condition, and I'm so excited to play it. I want to mention Richard in particular for keeping me updated and being a pleasure to deal with. 10/10, would use again. Thank you!
