Jan 14,2024Great service and fantastic set up. Excellent and very efficient service. Arrived the next morning after ordering the previous afternoon. I asked for a nice low action on my Martin D-18, and it was set up perfectly. This is the first, of many guitars I’ve bought, that didn’t require any adjustments at all. I could just play my new guitar, (which is amazing) without having to change the strings and adjust anything. Well done and thank you GV

Jan 12,2024I could not fault the service one bit, from talking to Adam on the phone to receiving my guitar the next day. Adam could not have been more helpful talking me through my purchase. The guitar far exceeded my expectations in build quality and sound. (eastman ac 330 e 12 string) very impressed indeed, So all in all i am a very happy customer, and will definitely will be useing guitar village again.

Jan 09,2024Guitar Village made buying a guitar from the UK and having it shipped to Europe super easy. Communication was fast and clear, shipping prompt and the product arrived on the exact day it was supposed to. The guitar was perfectly set up with fresh strings and very well intonated.

Nov 28,2023Whilst I was impressed with the Guitar along with others from Guitar Village, which I have purchased in the past and service has always been good. This time however Guitar turned up with 2 broken strings. This was put down to transit, however I could only ever find the top half of the strings, make of it what you will. The chap at Guitar village was adamant the Guitar left them as normal, perhaps strings should have been relaxed for transit. Least they could have done was forward me a new set of strings, but none was offered.
