When spending circa £1k on-line, you need confidence that what you are getting is a quality product, and Guitar Village certainly gave me that.....oh, and the guitar is great!!

I bought a used fender 60th anniversary Telecaster which was rated EC but although the original case was a bit scuffed up the guitar itself looked in mint condition. The set up was perfect for me and I like that the weight of the instrument was shown online. I was looking for a lightweight tele and this was only 5.9 lbs. I highly recommend Guitar Village if buying higher end instruments.

Jun 06,2024I bought a new amp online but unfortunately it had an issue. Within an hour of emailing about the issue one of the staff / management had phoned me back to discuss it. I subsequently decided to send it back and swap it for a different model and I was contacted by phone again very promptly to tell me the process. The collection was arranged the very next day, and by the following day the new amp was already on its way. The staff I spoke with on the phone were very friendly and professional. THIS is what good customer service is about. Thank you. You have earned a new long term customer, but unfortunately I'm a bit skint right now :)
