Dec 15,2020The website was easy to navigate and the whole order process was very simple. I did however have to call to confirm payment as I did not receive an order confirmation immediately after payment so was unsure if my transaction was successful. I dropped one star as although delivery was relatively prompt the courier UPS originally offered a Friday delivery which they then changed to Monday and after taking the option to change to a Thursday as Monday was inconvenient it arrived on the on the original date offered I.e Friday...... fortunately someone was in to receive delivery...

Dec 15,2020I was browsing online for a possible new acoustic guitar. I already own a Maton six string which I bought in Australia in the nineties however it does not have a built in pickup. Guitar village stock Maton guitars and I saw that they had a Michael Fix custom ex demonstration model for sale at a very good price. Also, they offered interest free credit through an associated credit company. I applied for credit and was accepted and so the purchase went through.The guitar was shipped to me very quickly by courier and when I examined it it was just as I had seen in the online photos. It had barely a mark on it ! It also has the AP5pro pickup built in and came with a very nice case so I am very pleased with my purchase.

Dec 15,2020Absolutely brilliant from start to finish.. Ordered a bass guitar on Sunday evening, arrived on the Wednesday morning, first thing. Utterly wonderful and highly impressed. Spoke with relative after ordering who's been in the music business for 30 plus years and he said Guitar Village are excellent. Highly recommend and will always purchase from them.. Dec 15,2020The service from Guitar Village was excellent, their website was accurate and I can confirm that the photographs they use were of the actual item. The guitar itself is a typical quality Lowden product and has a clean, warm sound, the neck feels very similar to the F35 I also own. I bought it to play Jazz and think it works well. I use it with Thomastik Jazz flat wound strings which helps with the sound I wanted.

Dec 11,2020I have bought 3 guitars from these fine people. One PRS, MusicMan and, most recently, a Gibson. The Gibson came to me with some blemishes and the like. I might be a bit picky perhaps. Anyhow, the people over there took in the guitar again with no hassle, fixed it up, and sent it back to me in tip top shape at a rapid speed! Mind you that this is also considering shipping back and forth to Sweden. Wonderful customer service! I can't think of a better place to buy more "pricey" guitars from.

Dec 09,2020After a poor experience with a certain company, I rushed to Trustpilot and searched the top reviewed guitar companies. Found Guitar Village. Found the guitar I wanted and it was legitimately brand new and in stock too (a call back to the first company palming off used guitars for full retail price). Even had a follow-up call from someone called Chris, who was great. Put me at even more ease about the process. Guitar turned up today, very well packaged, with a handwritten inspection card and it plays like a dream. Certainly brightened a rather terrible week for me. Thanks Guitar Village! Highly recommend. P.S. They also engage with their reviews, which is invaluable. Other companies should take note!

Dec 06,2020This'll be the 3rd time I've bought a guitar from Guitarvillage. The first time was 10 years ago when I was 13 years old... The latest, literally last month aged 23. They continue to be the only guitar shop I've repeatedly bought instruments from and the only retailer I'd trust with online guitar shopping. In store I've always found their hands-off approach to selling guitars great. They let you try what you wanna try and don't glare at you with a salesman type suspicion like I've experienced elsewhere. Online they seem to be reasonably quick at responding to e-mails and when I had a delivery issue, it seemed to get sorted ASAP over the phone. Exactly the peace of mind you want when your new baby is sitting in a lorry somewhere. The setup on my latest guitar was by far the best I've seen straight from shop. Literally a single tweak at home and it was pretty perfect. Loving my new D'Angelico DC Mini and having a great weekend playing it. Beautiful cleans and it absolutely CHEWS fuzz tones. Can't wait to try it out at work with some other pedals! Just need to sell my bass so I have an excuse to visit the store again! Cheers Guys!

Dec 15,2020I bought an Epiphone Riviera Royal Tan 2020 directly from your website after comparing prices from other websites. The main thing that helped me on my choice was that the pictures on your website are the actual pictures of the instrument you are going to buy so you won't have surprises. Shipping to France took only 4 days and guitar arrived perfectly set up. It is awesome and flawless and great value for the money. Epiphone quality on this 2020 range seems to be far better than thé average recent chinese production. Thank you Guitar Village, I will recommend your Shop to my friends and buy from you again for sure!
