Jan 08,2021Perfect condition and even in tune. Got my Taylor guitar from them. A couple days delayed by UPS due to New Years/pandemic/lockdown, but understandable. They have a great selection of fine instruments.

Jan 07,2021I bought my Martin DSS - Whiskey sunburst guitar from Guitar village and was delighted with the level of service I received from them. I bought my guitar during lockdown so was unable to attend at the shop to play it in person but phoned and spoke with the staff who were extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to (I had many questions). The guitar was dispatched very quickly and I actually received it before it was due to arrive which was an added bonus. The guitar was in perfect condition ready to play out of the case. I chose to buy from these guys because they were rated so highly by other shoppers and I can see why. Thank you very much for the guitar and I won't hesitate to recommend you to anyone else looking to buy.

Dec 30,2020As we're experiencing the whole covid thing I had to buy a guitar unseen. I bought from guitar village for the first time. Spoke to Richard on the phone who couldn't have been nicer or more patient. The guitar has arrived a day earlier than expected and is every bit as good as described. It's the first time I've ever bought a guitar and not had to set it up. It really is out of the box perfect. These guys are my new favourite music shop, and I've never even been! I can't recommend this shop enough. I've got my tele twang on now!

Dec 29,2020I ordered a guitar online - something I’ve never done before as I always want to play them first. However these Covid times call for new options! I spoke on the phone, then filled in the order form etc. and sent it off. The guitar arrived in 2 working days and was everything the description online promised. A beautiful, ex-display Takamine. Unfortunately I couldn’t get on with it and decided to return, which I was able to do with no quibbles. Am waiting for the package to be picked up, Guitar Village having made all arrangements. Will not hesitate to deal with this company again, should I find they have what I’m looking for.

Dec 29,2020My son and I made the hour and a half trip to Guitar Village in Farnham to check out a few Custom Shop Strats. We were in the shop for 3 hours or so and the staff were very helpful and happy for me to try any guitar I wanted to test. The shop is stuffed with amazing guitars and was definitely worth the trip. I purchased the Strat I've been searching for for a while now and my son bagged himself a fantastic short scale acoustic bass. A great day shopping for guitars, helpful and friendly staff and a fantastic choice of instruments. Two very happy customers!

I was a little bit skeptic at first because they won’t update you until the product is shipped, and I can’t recheck my order on the website as there is no My Orders tab in my account on the website, but delivery was smooth nonetheless. The only thing I could’ve hoped for is that the delivery man should’ve at least handed the product to me and not leave it unattended on the reception desk. This is not a cheap guitar.

Shippment was handled perfectly, guitar came sooner than expected in the perfect condition. Guitar was actually in tune after 5 days of traveling! I bought online from Spain, a Martin 000-28 reimagined (2018), and although it is a risky purchase, especially because it is an acoustic guitar, I contacted guitar village. The treatment received by SAM by email was very good, both in the explanations and in the facilities. The guitar arrived in less than a week, in perfect condition, just as they have it on their website. Congratulations guitar village, you have a new client. Dec 22,2020I was buying my second guitar funded by a rather lovely tax rebate so wanted to spend some money and get the right instrument. I did lots of research on-line but couldn't shake the feeling that I didn't want to spend that money on a vanilla instrument that was likely to simply turn up in a box, not set up etc. Due to the daft world we now live in, it was difficult to visit local suppliers so my web search eventually lead me to Guitar Village in Farnham who were advertising a stunning Mexican Strat on their site. Enquiries established that the guitar would be fully set up and played prior to despatch. Order duly placed, guitar arrived three days later with a schedule of the prep, checks and tests attached, carried out by people who are clearly passionate about their calling. With a little tuning, the guitar played perfectly out of the box. I can't recommend GV enough. They are my go-to supplier now and when the world allows, I look forward to visiting the store.
