They have always been super helpful and knowledgeable and to me their shop is like an Aladdin’s cave. Whilst I wasn’t able to try the guitar this time around due to current restrictions, the experience was no less fun or exciting. They do an amazing job and their service is always top class! Nov 16,2020Guitar Village were very generous with time comparing two guitars, leaving me to get on with it but checking in to answer questions. I ended up buying a pre-owner Taylor 214 and extremely happy with it and the case it came in, safe in the knowledge if there is an issue I can speak to them directly. Also bought a Fender acoustic amp that arrived the next day with free delivery. Repeat customer and would always trust GV over a remote online retailer.

Nov 14,2020I had some problems with my order, a faulty part however after a few phone calls/emails my initial frustration was turned around as I received great service sorting the issue out; a personal phone call from Richard who was adamant he would resolve everything. I was kept in the loop with regards to what would happen next and a replacement was ordered direct from the manufacturer. This was done immediately to reduce any delays in me getting my item. Be confident if you’re buying online from Guitar Village. I was unlucky to get a faulty item but this wasn’t their fault. I received a great service sorting the issue out and would happily buy from them again. Thank you

The guitar was set up, packaged and boxed up and delivered within 24 hours. The Eastman guitar itself is just a dream to play, what a beautiful sound! I am overwhelmed by the quality.
