I have bought several guitars from guitar Village for my myself and now my grandson is keen and persivered with a toy guitar and a ukelele I wanted a more professional 3/4 guitar for him yo learn properly. As a guitarist myself I was delighted with the advice from Derek and the Jose ferrer guitar for Oliver. I can't wait for Christmas day and giving him a lesson on his own guitar. I was a bit hesitant about doing this, I would have preferred to try an instrument out before committing to a purchase, but coronavirus has constrained me from travelling around as much as I would like. I spoke to Richard in the shop by phone before I placed the order and he was very helpful in answering some questions I had. I placed the order and the guitar arrived the next day. Very impressed with that. Everything was really well packed for transit. The guitar was nicely set up for my tastes, plays really well, and sounds great. Having actual photos of the guitar online to look at pre-purchase is also very helpful so you know exactly what you are getting. This was a great shopping experience. I'd be happy to do business with Guitar Village again, and recommend them to others. Keep up the good work.

Outstanding service, cracking deal, amazing expertise (both technical and functional) and such helpful advice and guidance. All the hallmarks of the exceptional all round customer service that Guitar Village UNFAILINGLY provide. This guitar dealer is second to none, five stars do not really do them justice. Amongst all the dreadful times of 2020 I experienced the happiest of days at this wonderful emporium.

Oct 22,2020First class service. As a new customer I find Guitar Village an excellent company with which to deal. The detailed specifications they provide for every guitar they have in stock makes it easier to buy online than from most other UK dealers. When I purchased an acoustic guitar and as a finger style player found the bass notes slighty quiet they allowed me to return it for a small fee and refunded the payment. When I contacted them there was absolutely no pressure to keep it and the payment was refunded almost immediately. They have a new customer who will purchase more qualiy acoustic guitars from them.

Oct 22,2020Bought a Squier Classic Vibe 70s Jaguar, 3TSB. First time buying sight unseen. Came set up with low action, no buzz, and a report card from the tech, amazing service. The high e string did snap on the first day. However, I'll put that down to the stock .9 strings as I'm used to .10s. Guitar is now restrung with .10s and playing fine so far. Would definitely recommend Guitar Village. Very trustworthy. Thank you.

Nov 08,2020I ordered a Taylor 214ce Plus online, as they had it in stock and had an actual photo in the website. Order arrived next day, via UPS (no time slot provided) Guitar matches photo and not a mark on the guitar. Played well right out of box, but I do not know if Guitar Village did any Setup. Reviews say Taylor’s set up well at factory. Overall, very happy and simple to order.
