Jun 07,2016I ordered a pair of Vulpine merino cycling boxers from them. They were 20% cheaper here than direct from Vulpine. They arrived promptly but were too big! (The Vulpine size guide is completely wrong!). H2gear exchanged them immediately, and I am now have the correct size.

Jun 03,2016Placed an order for a few items on the 23rd of May 2016, as most other orders arrive in a few days I patiently waited, no sign of items so after a quick email composed on the 26th of May I was advised they were shipped on the 23rd of May 2016 via Royal Mail 1st class. I was then advised that as they hadn't arrived they would send me the items again via DPD to arrive with me the next day, that being the 1st of June 2016, well surprise surprise the items still haven't arrived, and again they were advised of this and they have yet to reply to me. If I was able to give a zero they would be getting it.

They also price matched the item from a cheaper store. The item was received in 2 days. Quality company who I will happily deal with again.

Apr 25,2016Ordered the bike and it arrived within time frame given, However a fault was noticed immediately with the lock out facility, shop was contacted and they suggested taking it to a reputable local shop and then invoice them for the repair, this i declined and returned the bike back to the store, they fixed it, however i am not certain that the forks on the bike are the same as the new one originally supplied and it has some impact damage on them, it works fine, but it was an inconvenience and clearly the bikes pre delivery inspection was not adhered to.
