Mar 07,2025I'm giving this company 5 stars as from start to finish they have been so efficient from dealing with a change of delivery day to prompt delivery the sideboard I ordered was extremely well packed for delivery arriving in perfect condition.amazing quality sturdy with good size storage looks amazing in my kitchen/diner.would definitely recommend this company .

Customer service and contact from Lucy was excellent throughout and the way the installation team completed their craft was 100% professional. Thank you Ethan, Darren and Tod. Mar 02,2025My wife and I visited the new warehouse recently and were blown away by the number of displays highlighting the options to consider for our garden. Jade was super helpful and very knowledgeable. They also did a range of patio heaters. The online directions to the site were very simple. Thank you for your time and I would recommend them to all .

Mar 01,2025The setting for the showroom is execptional in a former stud farm and the showroom itself kept in imaculate condition with great range of products. Jade was very kind, very knowledgable and very helpful, especially as we wanted a couple of "non standard" additions. Overall I would thourougly recomend Harbour Lifestyle.

Feb 27,2025The company representative was fully knowledgeable about the product we were interested in and clarified all we needed to know in a friendly, professional manner. The showroom was well lit and spacious, providing a pleasant viewing experience. Instructions as to how to find the venue - which is in a beautiful rural setting - were very clear and helpful. Viewing by appointment only also means that you have both the showroom and the representative's attention exclusively. It's even relaxing!

Spend hour and half with Jade who really knows her stuff and bought what we hope to be some very nice furniture for various areas of the garden. We have bought pergolas from them before and they are amazing.

However once you work it out it’s pretty straightforward. My friend is looking at buying one but waiting for me to get it first and then help him. I would recommend anyone to consider buying this product.

Mar 08,2025I travelled to the showroom in Cambridgeshire to see the items I wanted. I was able to assess the standard and ordered my 3x4 wall mounted pergola with LED lighting and a free heater. They helped me organise installers who came to my home and fitted it to my house , onto my patio. It has 3 curtain walls and a roof that can be opened. Everything works and it is excellent. My outside space is now complete . I am very happy with the service I got, the help I received and the items I purchased- well done Harbourlifestyle.
