Sep 24,2022Great experience with the company; quick delivery and super communication throughout. The quality of the pergola is excellent. My only very small criticisms are the packing of the blinds (there are two marks on one of the posts on the corner) and the anchor bolts (they tended to spin in the holes). Once up - minimum two people and allow them hours - it looks and feels great. Worth every penny and would definitely purchase again.

Sep 16,2022Firstly the furniture came damaged, this was in several places and on several pieces. The items didn’t have the correct screws and was difficult to assemble. We took photos and called Harbour Lifestyle, to be told we needed more photos. They said they would send new parts which would take 10/14 days. We said that due to the difficulty assembling we couldn’t now remove said parts as the screws had lost their thread, so asked for a refund instead. They agreed but needed the item to be returned first. We were not happy but agreed and packaged item up as best we could. The collection was agreed and the driver never arrived, we called and they said the driver couldn’t find the house. Still they wouldn’t refund, so we arranged a new collection date. The day of collection turned to night and dark and we got a call from a gentleman that couldn’t speak or understand English, he couldn’t find the house, he was now trying in the pitch black. We eventually got him to understand where the house was but after 30 minutes of a very frustrating call. We called Harbour Lifestyle 2 days later to say we still had no refund, they said the driver hadn’t collected it as couldn’t find it, we said he had. After a very frustrating call they agreed it had been collected and issued a refund. They had our money for a month in total and the customer service was so bad I would never trust them again.
