Dec 19,2024Ordered some boots as a Christmas present took 11 days to dispatch order, now I’ve received a message from DPD asking me to pay £47 if I want the parcel delivering. There was no mention of shipping charges when I ordered the item and with it being a UK website I presumed the item was coming from the UK, no my husband has no Xmas present and I’m £167 out of pocket. I’ve requested DPD return the item, but god knows how long I will have to wait for the money to be refunded….Not happy at all
