Placed an order. Shipping showed 14-28 days. Almost 30 days later it hadn't shipped. Worse yet when I tried to email them to ask about the order (after 30 days) their email address bounced back as undeliverable. Twice. No way to contact them. Opened a claim with my credit card company. Health Central refunded without explanation in less than 48 hours. Are they even a real company? Beware! ************* UPDATE: In response to their reply. No. They did not send a reply email. It was not in my spam. Because the email I tried to send them bounced back saying info at healthcentralusa.com (can't enter an email address here) does not exist.That was on two different days when I tried to email them before opening a claim. This was the second time I had placed an order with this company. Both times they emailed me some time down the road to say they could not fill the order. Never again!

I had placed an order with Healthcentralusa and after a couple of weeks, inquired as to when it would be shipped. Customer Service immediately responded and looked my order up and said that I had checked off local pickup instead of ship to me. However, they currently did not have the product available. So, I received a full refund within just a few days. I am very impressed with the quality of their customer service and will be ordering from them again.

I chose the wrong shipping method for a delivery to Nashville, Tennessee. Tracy replied immediately and took care of the problem right away. The coconut flavored Cliff bar is about the only thing my 4 year old grandson likes right now! So I’m grateful to have discovered this wonderful company! I highly recommend them.

SCAMY SCAM SCAM Ordered a product, the processed the order and gave confirmation only to have the order status hang for months. Tried calling,emailing, messaging through the website. Reported to my CC company.

Melody was very prompt in addressing my ordering issue, and issued me an immediate refund because the item i had originally ordered was out of stock, she akso followed up with me on how i could place the order in the future to avoid this priblem going foward. I appreciate her professionalism.

I only rated them one star because there was no rating of zero. I placed order #74885 for Garden of Life Calcium and Strontium. I have received nothing and have not received answers to my inquiries, so I have had my credit card company dispute the $44.79 charge. I have requested that Health Central cancel my order. I never should have ordered without reading the abominable reviews from other customers....an abysmal 1.7 out of 5.

I'd stay away from this company. First, they show products for sale for which they don't have any stock. I ordered something from them back in November, and paid for it. When the order didn't arrive for weeks, I had to do detective work to find a way to contact them. No phone number or obvious customer service email to use. When I did find their email and sent them a message, they responded by suggesting to wait for a month or two to see if they got the product back in stock. I asked for a refund instead, which they provided about a week later. Once again, last Friday, I tried to order this same product, which is shows for sale and in stock on their site. But, not wanting to waste time, I again did detective work to find their customer service email and messaged them asking if the product was actually in stock. They just replied, a day later, that it is still out of stock. So, the question is, why do they show this product, if they don't have it and haven't had it for at least the past three months--and know they don't have it? Seems like a scam to me. Stay away. PS: Another fishy thing is that here, on Trustpilot, the reviews are really bad on this company. But on their site, they show a "Shopper Approved" symbol and 3200+ reviews, almost all 5 star. I don't believe this based on the above experience. This definitely makes me feel they are a scam outfit.

I made a purchase for some oral products that couldn't be found anywhere else. Biotene Oral Gel. Manufacturer stopped due to insufficient ingredients. RED FLAG! They aren't legitimate. They don't reply to any emails, or have legitimate phone number. The charged my debit card for $36.60 on Feb 6, 2023, my order was on Feb 3, 2023. My bank states I have to wait for 15 days to file a financial crime report. Scammers are everywhere!

placed the order almost a month ago still do not have it but they sure charged my credit card. Will never order from this company again. Period. I think they are a sham and fraud.

Experience was good but the amount of time to receive my package was kinda nuts!! Almost a month after I placed the order I received it. I also never received notice that my package had shipped so I was not ever sure about whether I would receive my order or not. Finally did.

Ordered some protein bites January 15, 2023 and never got shipping confirmation. I've emailed total of 3 times, no replies. It's now February 6th, I Usually Always check ratings for any company outside the big ones, unfortunately not this one! Definitely filing claim with BOA.

Total scam. Never received my order1 Ordered a supplement on 12/7, payment went through on 12/8. Almost 2 month after I ordered and hadn't received it, I went to the website url in my email 'receipt' and there was no information about the order.

Same story as other reviews. Placed order, they took my money, almost a month later I had to contact them because no shipping updates had happened. They emailed me back and said I had picked local delivery…which I hadn’t - I had entered my home address and everything correctly. Told me that I could re-order but when I looked on the website it was 60% more. If I hadn’t written to them, they would’ve kept my money. I found through google search/shopping. This is a scam. Do not order from them. As an update, they claimed that they credited my card back, but they didn’t. I had to go through my credit card to dispute the charge.

Same story as most reviews I’ve read here, wish I had checked trust pilot first before I placed my order. Placed order, they took my money, almost a month later I had to contact them because no shipping updates had happened. They emailed me back and said I had picked local delivery…which I hadn’t -I had entered my home address and everything and then they said the product was not even available. How could you let an order just sit there without any action or without informing the person that it wasn’t in stock? If I hadn’t written to them, would they have even offered me a refund? I found through google search/shopping. Thoroughly disgusted, I hope they go out of business because it seems like they are just scamming people.
