Mar 30,2023Total scam. I ordered 2 items and was never given a tracking number and they never responded to my enquiries asking what happened to my purchase. i had to contact my bank to dispute charges. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Mar 29,2023Not a reputable company 66% of the reviewer are 1 star & negative review...This is what happened so far with me... and my email to their customer service Hello Melody, I just don't know what to say or think. You have had my order now for over a month and no tracking information was sent and you still didn't supply any proof my order has been sent or gave any sort of a solution to the issue that is "out of stock". What is the company going to do to make good on this issue? Instead of banal email what is the solution to the fact you have taken $126.30 and not delivered anything and not even offered to resend immediately once in stock or to at least refund in full. Why not step up and actually do something and call me to discuss or make good the original order? There is no phone number for your company either. All red flags David Oliva

Mar 17,2023I ordered a product that did not arrive in the stated timeframe. I gave it an extra 10 days and when it still hadn’t arrived I messaged the company. I got a response the next day with an apology and a full refund of my purchase. I greatly appreciate that kind of customer service.

Mar 08,2023Apple Pay wasn’t working when I placed my order so I had to input my credit card info (which I was apprehensive about). Waited 2 weeks for shipping status and never received so I Emailed customer service and asked when to expect my order and they said it was discontinued by the manufacturer and would give me a refund. I received a refund but 2 weeks later, there was a fraudulent charge for almost $400 on my credit card from a city in Texas… this company is in Dallas. Coincidence? I think not. I had to have my credit card shut down thanks to this company because this is the only place I have used my credit card at in years and having had to input my credit card info upon checkout and not being able to use Applepay obviously allowed this company access to my credit card info. Shame on them.
