Feb 24,2018Paid £2000 for the course as I was told there was a job at the end of it or they would help you get one as soon as I paid the money I herd nothing from them after I passed I told them herd nothing from them so I managed to get a job my self so I emailed them to ask what the frack was and still haven't herd anything back from them I wish I had just paid a training company instead of going through theese could have paid £900 and got constant communication I am not happy at all and wouldn't recommend

Feb 21,2018The process was quick and simple,my only issue's were that my cpc training and test and my practical training and test could not be done in the town l reside in and the job agencies that you gave me could not cater for me in the town l live in so l had to look for my own job.

This could easily have been done a month earlier as there were plenty of capacity on previous courses. This has meant a months delay in gaining employment and possibly lost earnings amounting to a couple of £k

Feb 15,2018Well I passed so they obviously did something right! It was easy to set up and spoke to a guy called Lee Sinclair who assured me that I would be one of his drivers now and anything i needed to call him! I never spoke to him again seems he was just a sales rep. Everything was very impersonal you had to text them to tell them anything they didn't like you calling them. Everything on the practical training side was great very well organised however that is down to my individual training course not HGV training. Was promised help in finding a job afterwards however since I sent the text to say I had passed have not had any communication from them, at all! If I was to do it again I would do it through the training company itself and book it all my self, the course cost me 3500 quid and having worked it out If I played for it separately could have got it for 1800 all in, so it's a big difference. Title says it all really don't go through a broker Like these only giving it 3 stars coz I have got my licence so I can't grumble!

Feb 14,2018This company is like the blind leading the blind... From day 1 I have encountered problems with this company and nearly a year on I'm still having problems and have not yet completed all aspects of my training. Due to mistakes I've been carrying out my training at a location over 100 miles away from where I live... After a fair amount of persistence, I have finally got the correct outcome for the training (although hasn't been without its troubles). I'm glad that its not my own money that is being spent on this training, otherwise I would have gone elsewhere at the start! There are a number of us that are carrying out the same training with this company and everyone of them have also encountered just as many problems. I haven't even finished my training yet and I've received a 'congratulations' email and have been asked to complete this survey. I have one more part of my license to obtain and I highly doubt it will go smoothly...

Feb 06,2018They were excellent. They booked everything for me and told me when it would be. I had text messages from them wishing me good luck before two of my assessments. I don't know why they didn't bother for the other two, but it was still a nice unexpected touch. While i stand by what i have written above, unfortunately, the other side of the company hasn't been so good. When i signed up specialist hgv ,i was told that i would be working and in a new job by xmas. Now i realize that they can't control the fact that places were fully booked, so i didn't manage to qualify untill February, even though i passed everything first-time. I told them at the time of signing up, that i had no money to pay for this until i got a new job and was told not to worry, you'll definitely be working before then. The reason i wanted to do this job, was because i never had any spare money and was finding it hard to manage my bills. Now, I'm in debt. Permanently overdrawn. When i qualified, i contacted the recruitment team to hopefully get a job, close to home,like they promised and was told that they didn't have anything nearby. I have tried to contact them again and they are hard to get hold of. I have now signed up to another 4 agencies and to be fair, they have all said that it is quiet at the moment for class 2 permanent jobs. So while i can understand that its not under there control, that the market place is quiet, that doesn't help me pay off my debts. I think they should change there advertising campaign from "pay nothing for 3 months " to, pay nothing until your working. Perhaps they might be more inclined to get you working then?

Feb 01,2018Communication was pretty poor had to call up to ask about lots of things. Absolute minimum amount of effort from staff at every stage of the process. The facilities that they used for actual training were very run down and the vehicles were an absolute state. The qualification itself is good but in hindsight I would go elsewhere or do it on my own.

Jan 31,2018They were brilliant, very communicative in everything, guided me through everything and the training i received was first rate, it was very pricey though, way above average however price doesn't warrant giving a lower rating after all, you get what you pay for, and i paid for top notch service which i received

Delivered on every aspect of the deal, allowed me to pass all necessities without paying a penny. very impressed, would & have recommend to anyone looking to pass HGV who haven’t got the funds to pay for it upfront.

Jan 29,2018A lack of communication on a lot of fronts I found, I didn't know what was happening or what i was doing a lot of the time and had to try and contact them frequently to get the answers I needed. Also found that it's quite misleading, such as they advertise that THEY will get you trained up and on the road whereas its not them at all who will train you but instead just book you in, they're just a middle man but make themselves out as more. Not to mention the fact that if i had booked it all myself, would've been HALF the price...
