Dec 06,2017The empoyees that dealt with me were very friendly and helpful with any questions or queries that i had, the only downfall i experienced was the cost it was way out of proportion to what the actual cost of the training, theory tests and practical test

Dec 06,2017Had a major problem getting to speak to anyone. Was told I would be supported all the way through, I never heard from anyone. Dissaponted, was also told I would be found a position again NO information. As I was Paying a Premium price I thought there would have been more contact and help.

Dec 04,2017The company who provided my training are local to me and were fantastic. Their tuition was first class, they were very helpful in the run-up to my course with all the preparation that was required, and I was even able to organize my HGV medical with them. The intermediary company that booked my training course on behalf of my employer were pretty awful. They provided me with no information about the course apart from a start date and time. They gave me no help in preparing for the course for example, applying for my provisional lorry license, organizing a medical and passing both of the theory tests. I was very lucky to have PJE Training as my provider because their advice and support to do all of this was outstanding. They were very accommodating, friendly, incredibly helpful right from the time that the course was booked (weeks before the training course started), and I would recommend them to anybody!

Dec 04,2017After agreeing to pay £25 a month £97.74 was debited from my account without warning which I cannot afford. At first when I tried to cancel due to this I was told I would have to pay £150 to cover the medical which is fair enough but after the cancellation didn't go through their end I was then told it would be £750 three weeks later. I feel completely ripped off and disappointed. Also on three occasions I have been waiting for call backs which never happened.

Nov 16,2017Big thanks to Paul n Clive. I have used specialised hgv to train 3 of my drivers in past 1 years, the service is the best you can get from any driving school. I have used other schools before and had very bad experience, but specialised have managed to understand us n our needs better. Highly recommend their training.

Nov 10,2017never recived my £50 for referring my brother who paid in full I had to sort and pay for my own retest after I was told if I completed test on line and failed I would get a free retest I was told blue chip company on books and would guarantee interviews for upto a year. Nobodys been in touch I had to find my own job cheers for the HELP

The staff are really polite and warming on the phone and in person if I sent an email it was also replied within a couple of hours. Overall my experience with easy as Specialised HGV has been a good one and I would like to really thank everyone who has been a part of my experience

All my questions were answered nicely, so I was able to understand everything clearly. Fantastic company to have dealt with and honestly, I would use them again when I come to do my class 1. I passed my class 2 first time and had a job within one month. I do recommend to anybody looking to do this course

Nov 07,2017Firstly, I want to thank my driving instructor Steve, for believing in me even when I doubt myself. Steves teaching style offers a high level of professionalism. The training environment was very friendly too. I've had 17th lessons with Jay and I passed first time with no previous driving experience; he's not an miracle worker but, this guy will give 110% if you apply yourself plus, he makes driving enjoyable; there wasn't a dull moment. If you want to do hgv training and pass first time, call specialists hgv and ask to get Steve for you as your trainer. Highly recommend them for all the efforts they took. Best of luck guys! 🙂

Nov 07,2017Specialised hgv has one of the best training centres in the London. I had issues with dates initially but the operation manager managed sort it out. Good service. I would totally recommend this company.

Dec 11,2017I’m happy that I choose specialised hgv for my class 2 training. Managed to pass first time with such a quality training. They gave me the courage and the most tailor training that for my job and enables me to pass in one attempt. The other best thing is that they allow you to pay slowly which is a huge plus point for me. I recommend them to every one who are looking for thier hgv career. Thanks again.
