Nov 22,2024Received a broken heater, having a horrible time trying to get through to customer service, phone number didn't work, return form failed with an error code 400 (no idea what that means), waiting 3 days for an email response. Absolutely ridiculous, it's freezing cold here

Nov 20,2024Glad I didn't take any notice of the negative reviews. Visiting the site, I thought it was too good to be true as the prices were so reasonable. Ordered from Ireland and had delivery within a week. The item was initially not delivered but the customer service from Hifi-Tower was so responsive and sorted the issue out straight away. Then when it was delivered, the door on the fridge was damaged in transit I'd say. Again customer service replied to my email really quickly - on the same day - at the weekend and again sorted out the problem straight away. I will definitely be shopping with them again. Great customer service and products.

Sep 13,202411 September I got another message from Leeanne, full of lies, manipulation and hatred. She wrote that I should contact eBay and PayPal for a refund. (she knows the purchase is over 6 months old). Despite EVERYTHING BELOW: What happened before: hifi-tower RECEIVED ALL THE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS AT THE REQUEST AND TOLD ME TO RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE ADDRESS THEY SENT ME. They received the broken product back. Near 2 months have passed since then and every week I receive a letter from them: "I have forwarded your information request to our management department." So they got my money and the goods (as THEY asked for). THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS THEFT.

Aug 09,2024Bought a kitchen extractor via this company's website on eBay,also known as klarstein Berlin. A fault occurred during the guarantee period, reported the fault,took over a week to get a response. They informed me they are not able to repair under the guarantee and offered a refund which I agreed to. Over 4 months and lots of emails ,same excuses,it's been forwarded to the correct department to be dealt with. This company is not professional at all,and if you buy from them you may get lucky and not have any issues,but if you have a claim under guarantee,you will not get any help, repair or refund. All I can say is I would never buy from this very unprofessional company again,and will advise anyone who asks about the products I have bought from them of which there are 2.do not under any circumstances purchase anything from them hifi-tower via eBay or their other trading and brand name klarstein . If there was a zero star I would have given zero.

Jul 03,2024I ordered from this company as hifi-tower.ie and they charged me twice without approval and delivered 2 LARGE products while I was out of the country. They are now delaying/refusing to pick up/refund this error. I’ve had no option but to dispute the charge with my bank as it has been 5 weeks since the charge and they owe me nearly 900 euro. The stress of it all… don’t order from them.

May 26,2024If there was zero stars they would get it. Ordered an amplifier. On and off button became faulty. Arranged a return for replacement. I was sent back the same item with the same fault! Then made contact again, now a return for refund. They said I’d get refunded 3-5 days from the 06/05/2024. 20 days (14 working days) later I’m still waiting for my refund. Poor quality goods, poor quality customer service, poor quality company as a whole. I advise customers strongly to avoid this company as they clearly have zero customer care.

Apr 27,2024Was a little dubious after reading such mixed reviews! Ordered the ice making machine. Good communication throughout. Delivered by courier within a few days. Product excellent exactly as pictured and description. Works perfectly would order from this company again!

Mar 14,2024I purchased two infrared heaters klarstein 2400 , they are meant to last in operation for 5000 hours. The heating element on one of mine gave up after only 700 hours of operation. I then contacted hifi tower and klarstein who are by the way owned by the same corporation. They both informed me that they do not supply spare parts for products out of warranty. They also cannot provide information on the spec of heating element or advise on where to purchase. This is totally unacceptable. They said to Google it or go to hardware store. A Google search yields nothing. What can one do without a spec for the heating element. This crowd should not be allowed to be in business. They are selling products whereby no spares are in place. Avoid at all costs

Feb 10,2024Ordered 2 metal bins and hoped for the best despite the other reviews. Both arrived dented. One just a bit on the side but the other really damaged. Will try to see if they can replace it. Very sad as the dimensions are perfect for my space. Delivery by DPD.

Jan 26,2024I do not recommended the company at all. I have purchased a heating mirror by Ebay. Unfortunately the heating stop working so I have raised the issue to the seller. First the customer service said that the warranty expired which is not true. Next they offer me replacement but they did not have a stock sonI need to wait. I have been waiting a long time and I decided to contact them again to be informed that it was sent to me. When I asked for tracking number they said that the item is out of stock and they can send me refund. I was shocked and said that I want to get the replacement. They said that it's not possible and I have to buy another one. When I asked for the refund they said that it's not possible to get it. Finally they offer me again the replacement when the item will be on stock. In the meantime they always asked me to provide customer reference number and invoice number even if I send it to them previously. Be aware of it and buy from someone else.

Jan 17,2024Stay away dont trust dont purchase anything from this company they offer zero back up zero honesty dont even deliver as promised.I moved into a new house in March 22 and Purchased the following ithems. 1. Wine cooler does not work six months emailing with no reply. 2. Highline extractor Fan for high ceilings to be worked by remote control extractor works remote doesn't work so we have to climb up on counter each time to work manually.Emailing 12 months no reply. 3.Full Gym kit €1679.00 euro meant to be 8 boxes to assembly only 7 boxes arrived so equipment cant be put together completely useless. Six months emailing no reply. 4. Rowing machine for gym legs feels off with in two weeks again 6 months emailing no reply. 5. Hob arrived broken . Hifi tower replying and replaced with new four months later. Stay away bunch of fraudsters no phone numbers are working and will not reply to emails. Paypal also allowing these frauds to continue they should have them blocked they are a fraudulent company.

Nov 25,2024Don't use them We ordered nearly four weeks ago, the item was meant to be here in 3/5 days. They've refused a refund, items are lost in transit, spoke everyday to them...nightmare. avoid at all costs.
